Overview
Snorkeling is a popular Kona coast activity, and booking a tour ensures you’ll experience the area's best snorkeling spots. Thanks to provided snorkeling equipment and a guide to take you through Kealakekua Bay, all you have to do is jump in the water and enjoy sightings of tropical fish, bottlenose dolphins, and even whales. Two upgrade options are available to add multiple snorkel locations, as well as lunch.
What to Expect

This Kealakekua Bay tour meets at Keauhou Bay at the time you've selected. Depending on which tour option you chose, you’ll snorkel in Kealakekua Bay; Kealakekua Bay and Honaunau Bay; or Kealakekua, Honaunau Bay, and one other location.

Your guide gives a safety briefing, so you’ll feel confident to hit the water, and also provides snorkeling equipment. Then, you’ll set out for a spot to snorkel in a rigid inflatable raft.

As you snorkel, keep a lookout for sea creatures such as tropical fish, bottlenose dolphins, and whales. Your guide knows the best spots for catching sight of sea life. Snacks are provided for the two shorter cruises. Lunch is provided for the longer Expedition Cruise.

Your Kona coast snorkeling tour ends back where it started.

Great experience!

Our Texas family of 5 went out with Captain Steve and Sam today 6/21/18. We chose the 5 hour snorkel with lunch provided and a third “secret” location. What a great trip. We saw so many different varieties of fish and coral, including wild dolphins,...More

Beautiful tour along the coast

Captain Bill and Kai led us on our adventure that afternoon. The bay is beautiful, but we did not see any varieties of fish that we had not already seen when we beach snorkeled. No dolphins or turtles... that is not the captain’s fault. We...More

I would check with Sea Quest. The boat ride is bumpy and they have to hang on pretty tight to get to each spot. I probably would not bring a 4 year old.
