It was terrible. We entered an appartement on the 6th floor of a flat, that was very small with a heavy cicarette smoke. The appartment was very messy, and the kitchen very small and also messy. Although we were looking forward very much towards the course this was not the place to cook in a pleasant way. So we decided not to participate. The cook told us that we would get a refund, and the tour operater confirmed this by telephone. But alas, no refund and no cooking class. So, my advice, do not use the service of Viator. There are much better possibilities.

We had a terrific evening with Antonio. He was a great host and a very engaging teacher. I took my 2 teenage children and they had a really good time, very hands on. And they are very keen to try to recreate the dishes we made now we are back at home. It all seemed so easy at the time!!

My mom, sister and I enjoyed the evening with Chef Antonio. It was a rainy night in Bologna and we took our taxi outside the city walls to a small 6th floor apartment. We were not sure what to expect with the location, but after a few minutes, Chef Antonio made us feel comfortable. We learned to make ragu, two types of pasta and enjoyed water (wine was offered). I should have taken notes for the ragu recipe, but will email Chef Antonio directly. It was a delicious evening spent with great conversation and hands on learning.

Antonio was an amazing host, teacher and chef...and with a good sense of humour to make it all the more enjoyable! Gill and I really enjoyed ourselves!!
