About the operator
- viviangaius00Good price downloadable funny very informative audio tourI downloaded it directly from App Store so its a little cheaper than via trip advisor. But thanks to Trip Advisor I found this lovely app! Walked from Central station to the starting point and passed by a lot of places that the audio tour guided. I don’t know if there’s a function in the app to start the tour in the middle which would be better, but it’s still enjoyable. At least I know the way/roads more clearly having walked past once before the tour. There’s a voice showing up telling me I might have gone to wrong direction from time to time but actually I’m going towards the correct direction, so I guess the GPS sometimes malfunctions a little bit.
- batesjm00Does not work properlyWe thought this looked like a great way to explore Oslo while we were in port. We bought this through trip advisor the morning of our excursion. Unfortunately, after downloading the app, the code provided did not work for us. We spent over two of our four hours in Oslo trying to call trip advisor and emailing this merchant. The merchant did eventually manually add the tour to our account, but we missed two hours we could have been sightseeing. We have requested a refund and have not heard back.
- salmon_lady00Great idea! This audio tour downloads to your smartphone. You can use earbuds/earphones and place your phone in your pocket during the tour. The guide tells you which way to walk and/or turn. If you get off course, a voice recommends that you check the map. In my opinion, it can be used with one of the rentable scooters (which is what I did for part of the tour)! Convenient, because you can download and go whenever you want, and can pause if you want to stop for food or shopping, etc. the start is a bit confusing because of all the construction near the first two stops. Also, this app guide you, with its own map, to exactly where to start!!! Did this tour on June 1st, 2019, and really enjoyed it.

This was definitely worth the small fee, but a little bit of a pain to download the app. Once we did, though, it was really nice to hear a bit about what we were walking past. Added value to the experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed the audio guided walk. We learned so much more about the area and we could travel at our own pace. It was perfect for a Sunday walk - a lot of the street artist were out and we picked up some great gifts then continued our guided walk.
