Well organised, great tour guides and lots to see, the pottery was amazing the wine tasted great, good value. Maria's house, her food and hospitality was second to none. A must if visiting Cyprus
We begin our day with a stop at a pottery in Yeroskipou village where you will see how the local potters continue their ancient craft. We will drive through the Paphos countryside to reach the village of Inia where there will be a demonstration of traditional basket making. We will stop at the Pittokopos viewing point to enjoy the magnificent panoramic view. From there we continue to the picturesque village of Arodes and learn the secret of the sarcophagus of Ayios Agapitikos located in the village square where there will also be time for a coffee. We will go the village of Letymbou to visit Sophia’s traditional house and find out how she bakes village bread and makes other traditional products. Afterwards we will enjoy a Cypriot breakfast prepared by Sophia. On our return to Paphos we will visit a local winery where you will be guided through the wine production process and have the chance to try a variety of wines.
Amazing day with both great tour guides. We had a very spectacular time. Tried delicious halloumi, bread and tasted great Paphos wines.
