About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- J5389HYvanessaa0 contributionsBest activity of our Malta trip!Amazing trip, really nice crew, comfortable seats for lying down, fun and interesting comments of the captain and cool music. Worth the small amount of money! We had a great time!Written 12 March 2025
- H6723MUmichaelw0 contributionsGreat boat trip - just what we wantedJust what we wanted and more… lovely boats and friendly crew. Get there nice and early to get a good seat. The boat had a glass bottom making it easy to see the fishWritten 12 March 2025
- G3013CUsarahs0 contributionsMixed experience.Malta itself and Comino Island were very busy with tourists. I would not go there in the height of the season! Our hotel was supposed to be 4 star but I would put it at 3 star at most. Very disappointing. The locals that we met were friendly. The Blue Lagoon was very busy and a bit "seedy". I felt sorry for the flora and fauna being trampled on. Despite this, the water was very clear and we did swim. The busses were busy, often standing room only. The Bolt taxis were brilliant. I'd recommend downloading the Bolt app. The historic sites were worth a visit.Written 11 March 2025
- W4575XIbethanyw0 contributionsBoat tripAmazing trip for the money , I’d 100% go again! The views were incredible the people were super friendly and also really nice drinks and food onboard too, overall great experience.Written 11 March 2025
- Q4935RPnataliel0 contributionsAmazing blue lagoon visit with interesting sea cave visits along the way. This was an amazing day trip. We were on seabird and the boat had a touch of elegance to it. It was beautiful. The crew were lovely, there was commentary for the sights in multiple languages. Stopping at the blue lagoon was an amazing experience. We stayed on the boat a while to sunbathe, make use of the bar, toilets, submarine windows, slide and jumping board. The boat was an ideal location to take photos and had ladders down to the water in two different areas. Music was played by the crew that matched the vibe of the blue lagoon, food was available to be ordered. We also bought goggles and snorkels to look at the fish. The sun was hot but the water was cold due to the time of year, however lots of people still enjoyed the swim. Life jackets available to swim with if feeling a little weary. When off the island we bought cocktails in pineapples, there were multiple food outlets and a lovely little beach to experience with lagoon even more. Overall an amazing experience, made better by the staff and boat facilities. Take suncream even if not super hot, we got burnt as I underestimated the temp of 17 degrees and the sun.Written 10 March 2025
- marinafP8286VZ0 contributionsChasing the first spring sunraysDespite cold water and no cave visits (starts in April), enjoyed the trip and service. Other advantages : - not crowdy - sunbathing directly on board, in March is already warm enough, but check the weatherforecast first - the caves were approached very closely, so we could still enjoy the marvellous viewsWritten 6 March 2025

- Q4953JAjoef0 contributionsCannot recommend theses guys enough 10/10Cannot recommend this enough. Amazing all the way through 10/10 The new Catamaran is luxury with all around sun loungers, bar, toilets/change facilities, good speakers and a bar. Not forgetting to mention the slide and dive platform! Staff are lovely, friendly and beyond helpful. The blue lagoon lives up to its name, stunning even in January with warm waters for you to swim. Gozo is a really interesting place to visit with good food and a citadel with rich history and fantastical sights. We never wanted this trip to end!Written 26 January 2025

- A2397DEvictoriar0 contributionsThe tour itself was good, but the waters were roughThe waters are incredibly rough on the way to the first island while in November. Quite a few people got nauseous and sick on board. The first island was very cute, but there is nothing on it except for two small beaches that are a 15 minute walk away from, the drop off. The second location was beautiful and the ride back was relatively smooth in comparison.Written 30 November 2024

Overall we had a nice time on the trip however id hate to think what it's like at full capacity in peak season. The boat departs at 10.30am with boarding from 10am. We got there at 10am and quite a few people had already boarded. We were near the front of the queue but there was still a wait to get onboard. Music is played on board which can be quite loud. The seat I chose had a speaker right above so lookout for the speakers if you don't want loud music blasting in your ear hole. The first stop was on Comino. There are around 3/4 food vans and 2 vans serving cocktails in the pineapples. The Captain announces this. Just to give you a heads up there are no prices on the cocktail vans. The first one charges 10 Euro a cocktail in a pineapple. You actually get quite a small amount. There is another cocktail van further up past the toilets. Id suggest you go there as it's less. Also the first van gets really busy as it's the first people see so has large queues. Later on once the queue had gone one of the men working there was smoking whilst preparing the pineapples and you could see cigarette ash falling into the pineapples..gross. Which I'd known before. We stopped her for around an hour and 20 mins then departed for Gozo. We got a minibus into Victoria and had around 2.5hrs . There are food and drinks available on the boat if needed. I really wouldn't like to come during the busy periods. On the way back a stop of at the crystal lagoon which was pointless. The boat just drives a bit into a cove then back to St Paul's bay. In all we did have a nice experience but wouldn't go again. The boat was probably at 75/80% capacity and it felt a bit chaotic/ people shoving trying to get on/off the boat. Everything just felt rushed through out the day also.

We used the 'hop on hop off bus service and if you purchase an all inclusive ticket it includes the boat trip to Gozo and Comino and some entrances to various places of interest, The War Museum and The Malta Experience' were two well worth a visit.
The boat trip to Gozo was lovely, along the coast of Malta, but to be fair didn't think there was much to see on Gozo but it was an interesting open top bus ride around the island's narrow roads and I can recommend the one80 restaurant on the other side of the harbour.
The trip to Comino from Gozo to see the Blue Lagoon was very good, on a smaller boat.
After viewing the caves and the beautiful lagoon the boat dropped us off onto the shore.
At this point I'd like to warn passengers that this exercise is not at all comfortable as the is no real docking area or proper steps up to the top and this trip should definitely come with an advisory!
Once there there is nothing to do and we had to wait an hour and a half before we returned to the main boat. There are some refreshment vans but absolutely no seats and the toilet is as bad as it gets, but to be fair the lagoon and caves are beautiful
Enjoy !!

This was a fabulous experience as I would surely have given it 5 stars if it were just the boat I was rating. I booked the boat tour of comino Island and the bus transfer to Victoria on gozo Island all of which was timely with friendly staff and a great price the views were beautiful and the boat was clean and comfortable if you arrive early you can get a top deck lounger but they are limited so arriving early and waiting is worth it to get one for me it made the experience. There 3 boats when we arrived and both where for the same bookings but the one we chose looked far more luxurious than the other. Comino islan is a MUST it is one or the most amazing places ive ever seen the blue lagoon is beautiful the venders on the island and the music from the boats etc all adds to the vibe and it was fab! The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was the bus transfer on gozo it was all very cattle market rushing I to different minibuses dropped off in carpark and told to be back in 45 minutes when it was supposed to be a 2 hour excursion. We were dropped off at 3.20 and told to be back at 4pm as the boat picked us up again at 5pm but then when we were returned to the bay to get back on the boat for the cruise back to St pauls we were at the bay for 4 .15 and had to sit for 45 minutes and wait on the boat surely we could have been picked up at 4.30 giving us enough time in vocrtoria my friend and I didn't get going anywhere as we were concerned about missing the bus back to the boat. But other than that it was a brilliant experience on the boat itself and I would recommend it to anyone who loves a boat day but perhaps book the all day boat and give the bus transfer a miss and I don't think you really get much from it.

I’m sure that on most days I would have given five stars. We happened to go on a day with 3m wave swells that had the crew handing around the sick bags and all passengers huddling inside. The Blue lagoon was still lovely and the swimming fine (if freezing). But no caves or sunken ship viewing because of the weather. The timing was run like clockwork with very clear instructions so no one could say they did not know when to return. The only other flaw apart from the weather was the ‘pushy’ sales girls selling the ‘optional’ tours on Gozo. They happily informed usas first time visitors that if we didn’t pay for a trip to Xlendi or Victoria then we would be sitting on a jetty for3 hours as there was nothing at the port. Of course when we arrived there was a reasonable settlement. However Victoria turned out to be lovely.

Top Tip…. Get there a bit early.
Even though the trip starts at 10.30 they start boarding from 9.30 so by 10 the top deck was full.
The trip itself was really good value. A full day out with lots of commentary and info along the way.
The crew work hard and are really polite.
Food and drink is reasonably priced and available to purchase on board.
There is an extra charge of €5pp for the bus ride round Gozo which is really worth while and they give you a couple of hours to grab something to eat or see the local sights.
The boat has a glass bottom viewing area and 3 slides - one large off the top and 2 smaller ones of the back of the bottom deck.
Had a great day!

I do not recommend it at all, and even less so if you are Spanish, I paid €40 for an orange bracelet and then talking to an Argentine girl she told me that she bought the blue one for €30.
I thought I had a guide or an audio guide, that's what they sold me,,,, well we had the same thing as the blue bracelet.
In Gozo they left us in a bus parking lot and there you looked for them... They had not the slightest intention of speaking Spanish since we had paid for the excursion the same as anyone else.
There was another Spanish couple there who had the same thing as me.
They had been sold smoke and they paid the same as me.
When the blue bracelet was €10 less and they had the same service as us.
Terrible service.

The sea was rough and I felt it was unsafe for the tour. The tour operator insisted it was very safe. But almost everyone in the trip fell sick due to rough sea. I think the safety measures are minimal to make profit. They run cruises taking risk even when the weather is very choppy.

We stayed at the DB San Antonio and found the price of the trip quote expensive. We went 2 Welbees supermarket and spotted an excursion stand in the shop across the road. John the agent set up with our trip €35.00 each and off we went on an adventure. We walked down to the glass bottom boat it's only a 5 minute walk. We boarded and off we went first stop Camino and the blue Lagoon. What an amazing experience. The water is crystal clear and full of fish. We went on a speed boat around the island and into the beautiful caves. This is a trip not to be missed. Back to the boat then and onto Gozo . Our ticket included a bus into the square, if you haven't booked the bus there is Tuk Tuks at the port that will take you to the Citadel. This is a vast beautiful structure with views of Gozo from every side. It's free into the Citadel and there is a restaurant within the walls of Citadel that offers a beautiful array of food and drinks . We walked back to the square and the bus picked us up and brought us back to the port to catch our boat back to Malta.

Departure from Sliema with an hour and a half drive to get to the blue lagoon... beautiful sea but rocks and the whole dirty Riviera, with all the eating vans, with nauseating smells, even the mice passing by. Dirt everywhere and to take a bath, you need a parachute. Too many people crowding the rocks, practically very difficult to go down to sea. Too many boats unloading tourists all the time... and in the water you hear too much diesel, too many boats .. too bad because it is a beautiful reserve .. but too much tourism makes you lose beauty.

My partner and I went on this tour yesterday and had a really good day - the sea was quite choppy but we were still able to do most things that the tour had to offer. On our trip we had the option to skip the Gozo trip (which by the sounds of it wasn’t enough time to get anything done and costs extra) to instead spend longer at Blue Lagoon. We chose the latter and it was the best choice as we had a really chill few hours exploring as much of Camino as we could (fantastic picture opportunities when you go up high!) and swimming in the crystal clear blue lagoon. There are food/drink trucks at the Blue Lagoon, deck chairs, toilets and a gift shop so everything you need to chill there for a few hours. If you are given this opportunity I recommend you take it and spare a day to explore Gozo properly later on in your holiday. The boat returns after dropping people off at Gozo (they are gone for about 30 mins before returning to Blue Lagoon) so you can always leave your stuff on there if you’re staying on Comino.
The staff were very helpful and drinks/food were reasonably priced. Cash only on the boat so make sure you hit the ATM ahead of time, and snorkels can be rented for 5 euros (with a 10 euro deposit). Definitely get a snorkel, especially for the Crystal Lagoon which was the highlight of the trip, this is what made the trip worth it! They also fed fish from the boat so when you went snorkelling you were met with lots of fish to swim with.
Overall we had a fantastic trip and it was definitely worth the money for how much of a great day we had. Tip: get to the boat for about 8am to secure a good seat - the middle ones are cushioned but you get the best pictures on the side seats.

Hi. Is it possible to get picked up from Melliha? We will be staying at the Paradise Bay Hotel and wondering where/how pick up will be? Thank you
Written 4 May 2023
Im not aware of this company collecting people. I got a normal bus from Mellieha to Valletta for about €2 and it took about an hour.
I’m sure if you ask your hotel reception they can tell you what number bus to get and where to get it.
Enjoy your trip
