Before each stop, he told us what to expect, what to look for, and how long it should take. He was always waiting for us and answered lots of questions. The vehicle was very comfortable. As a bonus, he took us to see the changing of the guard, The lunch at the tour operator"s restaurant was delicious abd he called ahead to let them know what we preferred so it was ready when we arrived. It was a fun and informative tour, and we recommend it and Antony is a wonderful guide and safe driver.Written 12 March 2025

- 878myras0 contributionsSuper cool day tripPaddy was an excellent driver and history teller. He was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. He was very considerate of what we wanted. I’m so glad we did the three stops even tho it was a lot of driving. Each spot was so unique. Delphi was cool to walk through. The museum has some of the best preserved statues. Meteors was super amazing. I have no idea how they did it! And Thermopylae was a dream come true for my son. Such cool history! It was great to see the country side too. Dinner was amazing with so much food! We would definitely do this again! Thank you paddy for fir making it a great trip!Written 10 March 2025

Our guide, Antony was fantastic, with deep knowledge of history of the country and the local sites. We had 2 days in Athens- we spent one day at the Acropolis and then next day with Antony who introduced us to many of the other fine highlights that Athens has to offer. But the monasteries at the other big stop were one of the most amazing things that I’ve seen and I travel a lot. At the end he took us for a nice dinner. It was great. He is very knowledgeable about Greek history and sites in Athens, a great storyteller and all around polite guide. It took longer than expected to get our luggage in the airport but he was patient and waited for us. It was easy to communicate with him. He helped carry our luggage to the car. He was so kind when greeting us. He talked about the history and culture on our way to the hotel, which I loved learning about! I really appreciated how welcoming he was.
