Had an amazing time on the bike bar tour! Great vibes, fun crew, and awesome way to enjoy the city. Perfect for group fun, bachelor party's and drinks! Cold draft beer is awesome. Highly recommend!

Burlado. Acordei uma viagem com esta empresa e fiz o pagamento de 50% do valor adiantado, como a empresa exige. No dia, não nos fizeram o serviço. Durante a hora combinada estiveram constantemente a dar-nos indicações erradas pelo telefone de modo a que nunca os encontrássemos. Quando os encontramos, pessoalmente, negaram ser a empresa com quem tínhamos falado e que tínhamos contratado. Ficaram com 105€ do pagamento adiantado e não cumpriram qualquer serviço que fosse. Exigi o reembolso, o qual não foi feito. Além disto, não houve emissão de qualquer recibo do valor pago. Scammed. I agreed a trip with this company and paid 50% of the amount in advance, as the company requires. On the day, they didn't do the job for us. During the agreed time they were constantly giving us wrong directions over the phone so that we never found them. When we met them in person, they denied being the company we had spoken to and hired. They took €105 of the advance payment and failed to perform any service. I demanded a refund, which was not forthcoming. In addition, no receipt was issued for the amount paid.

Personally think this is a huge waste of money. The staff on the bike try their best, but I think they know it’s a tourist trap with no real feeling of ‘experience’ There was some confusion re the booking time (I’ll hold my hands up to being part of this) the organiser messaged “confirmed at 16:00” not “confirmed for 16:00” or “booked for…” when I booked it was 16:00, so I just thought they time stamped the booking confirmation 🤷‍♀️ but the guy was so short with me and really dismissive, it put a massive downer on the whole thing. He shrugged that we wouldn’t start any earlier, and gestured we were on another bike (I think he just wanted to make a point). We started 5 mins late, had a 20min “break” in the middle, where the staff chatted to people they knew, and then arrived back 10mins early. So all in all a complete rip off for around 30mins of drinking/ so-called touring… The only thing they pointed out was the toilets, no sightseeing…at all We arrived at 1pm with hours to then spare - absolutely fine as there’s lots to see and an amazing bar/restaurant nearby. Please go do ANYTHING but this bike in this area…

This was one of the worst interactions with a tour company I have ever experienced. I attempted to book and select a time they not only ignored me but only gave me 7am or 9am as an option for a Sangria and Beer Bike Tour? I had not physically landed so was hoping to negotiate a time any time in the afternoon or any following day we were very flexible. This was for my bachelorette party and we were looking forward to this tour but never got the chance to take it. They took our money and never messaged us back. Would not recommend. Don’t chance it, there are many other tour companies with honest people that are genuinely interested in providing a good service and positive experience. This isn't one of them.

I booked the beer bike a few weeks before the date & paid a deposit - full communications acknowledging the booking/deposit. Arrived at the correct meeting point and the bike was nowhere to be found - on ringing it was explained that they’d booked me for a week later. Not much of an apology bearing in mind we’d traveled a fair distance out of the city to the meeting point, with plenty of taxi costs. Offered to rebook us the next day but wouldn’t offer a discount for our inconvenience and also the time didn’t really suit. My deposit was fully refunded the same day. I appreciate mistakes happen but I’d expected a bit more of an apology and discount for future bookings, therefore we didn’t actually make it onto the bike!

A great workout with unlimited beer! Such a funny tour. Thank to our Beer Bike crew, the driver and lovely lady who kept our drinks topped up. Amazing views of the river and bridge. We would very much recommend this tour with a group of friends. Kaz & Nige

Very stag-do esque, seats very uncomfortable but sangria quite enjoyable and nice views along the waterfront.

Fantastic experience! We had two bikes booked for 20 of us for a stag do and it was one the highlights of the trip. Flowing beer, massive tunes & sing alongs provided throughout. We even stopped a few times to do some fun drinking games & photos. The staff had great energy and really got us in a celebratory mood for the rest of the trip. 10/10 would recommend again!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Sangria Bike Tours, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. My friends and I were excited about booking a tour with them, but unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be a complete disaster. First and foremost, Sangria Bike Tours allowed us to book without providing any information about the available times. It was only after we had made the payment that we realized we were in the dark about the tour schedule. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and left us feeling deceived and frustrated. When we tried to reach out to Sangria Bike Tours to inquire about the available time slots, their customer service was utterly unhelpful. We were met with indifference and vague responses, leaving us even more uncertain about our booking. The lack of professionalism and communication was disheartening, to say the least. To make matters worse, when we requested a refund due to the company's failure to fulfill our booking and provide the necessary information, Sangria Bike Tours outright refused. Their refusal to provide a refund for a service they failed to deliver is nothing short of unethical and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Sangria Bike Tours was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of transparency, unhelpful customer service, and refusal to issue a refund have left a sour taste in my mouth. I strongly advise anyone considering booking with Sangria Bike Tours to steer clear and find a more reliable and customer-oriented tour company.

This is an awful service. I booked it online and was not able to pick a time or date that suited me. The people organising thr bike tour sent me a message telling me they only had 2 times available during my trip to Lisbon but unfortunately neither of those times suited my group. The messages from the people running the bike tour were so blunt and rude and mostly just one word replies eg.."yes", "no". I requested a refund as my group were no longer able to do the bike tour since the 2 times slots offered to us did not suit but the owner just stopped replying to me. I then requested a refund via TripAdvisor and the customer service for TripAdvisor told me they cannot process the refund for me. This is an disgrace and it has really taken from our holiday. I will never be recommending the bike tour to anyone. I will also be leaving this same review on all social media because it is a rip off and a scam. Terrible service.

Amazing activity the drivers were fun, and we had an amazing time!!!! The drinks were steadily flowing and i would definitely do it again
