This is a wonderful tour! We were picked up from our hotel in Lisbon. It was myself, my husband, and my son. Joaquim Bernardino was our private chauffeur/driver. He was absolutely amazing!! He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. He took us to explore Sintra village, Quinta da Regaleira, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais. He even recommended a wonderful lobster lunch. I highly recommend this tour and Joaquim as your personal private driver if you’re in Lisbon and want to see Sintra. You will not be disappointed

It was just 4 of us. We got picked up from our Airbnb. From there to the end, Juan, our chofer, was excellent. He explained history for the area as well as of each site we went. We ate in Nazaret and had the lobster Catalhna . Plenty for 4 ( they say 2) Servings are more than for 2. Tour ran over alloted time but Juan proceeded to complete it all with no problem. Best private tour. Strongly encourage it

Joaquim was extremely professional and knowledgeable. His car was very clean. He always communicated everything with us. And he went above and beyond what was expected. He wasn’t hired to provide your service in Porto but he gave us a full itinerary of what to do and see in our day in Porto. It was excellent. He helped us make the most of our limited time. He also gave us wonderful dinner recommendations in Lisbon. We would definitely go back to Portugal and use Joaquim.

We had a wonderful time with Joao. He was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about Lisbon. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure we had a great time. At the time I was not feeling good, and Joao constantly made sure I was ok..from mapping out bathrooms, to making sure I was hydrated. Forever grateful to him. Vivienne was our driver/tour guide and she provided excellent service. She very competently drove us throughout Lisbon in the morning and then took us out to Caiscais and Sintra in the afternoon. A beautiful, stress free tour. Well worth the cost.

We had Joaquim as our driver and he was an excellent tour guide. He took us around Guarda and showed us the Cathedral as well as picking out a local restaurant to have lunch. He was very courteous and helpful with our bags and helping us along. Very knowledgable about the history and stories about Portugal and very interesting to hear his stories about the history. Definitely would take another tour with him. The car was very comfortable too.

We had a hard stop at night in Douro Valley, coming in from Lisbon. We could have gotten there several different ways but it would have taken hours (most of the day) to do it ourselves with little breaks. So instead we booked a black car with The site Day Trip, to our great amazement, suggested stop offs on the way to turn a long travel day into its own comfy and magical adventure. The app suggest 8 places we could go on the way and we chose 3 - Coimbra Aveiro and Porto. Sure enough, when our car arrived smack on time at our Lisbon hotel the next day, our adventure began. The service was appropriately professional, our driver spoke English very well and have us excellent recommendations through the day, and helped us manage some lovely sightseeing goals in 3 landmark cities. We had the best time because we had advice for where to go and what to do, and stopped for a couple hours in each place to get the highlights and relax with wine and snacks to see all the views. The driver also communicated well by text and phone. Do NOT do this experience without a working cell! The end of the road featured a restaurant called Rabelos in Gaia which the driver recommended. Since we were not going IN to Porto for a long visit, he smartly gave us a way to see all of Porto's finest views from the other side of the river at a rooftop in Gaia! The restaurant provided us place for our luggage and served us graciously from coffee to wine to dinner and dessert. Then we got our luggage and went on our way to the final stop in the Valley. We have met other tourists on our trip who were amazed that in a single day, we took a boat ride and ate Ovos in Aveiro, saw the Josephine library and University and drank wine at a rooftop overlooking the city in Coimbra, and had a 5 hour luxury dinner in Porto, before winding up at a villa in the Douro. This type of journey is indeed impossible to have in a relaxing stress free environment, if you're training or driving yourself (can't drink and drive anyway)! 5 stars for international-quality services well worth the money.

Joaqim picked up our group of 7 in Lisbon and drove us to the Algarve in a luxury van. He could not have been more accommodating when we needed to make updates to our departure time and add stops to pick up groceries for our house. We were also thrilled to find out that the van included free wi-fi and bluetooth capacities so we could easily hook into the music. We actually travelled BACK to Lisbon with Joaqim as well, and this time made a day trip out of it, including multiple stops (Silves castle, Monchique, lunch, etc.). Joaqim was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts and information with us, pointing things out along the way and making recommendations for our group. He was also just a very friendly person and a pleasure to be around! We could not recommend PRIVT services and Joaqim more highly!

I had a wonderful time Rui was extremely knowledgeable about the geography, the history and of course the culture. We discussed many things, it was a 3 + hour ride and not only do I highly recommend Rui, when I come back I will make sure to specifically request him.

Joaquim was our tour guide for our private tour. He was very knowledgeable,friendly, and accommodating throughout. We had a wonderful time seeing many different sites throughout the day that we otherwise never would have had the opportunity to see. He chose a lunch destination for us that turned out to be a great authentic experience. We were able to see and experience so much all within one day. We would highly recommend this tour. It was an unforgettable experience.

For our last day in Lisbon, we booked a tour with Cesar from Privt tours via Trip Advisor. The tour was great and Cesar was awesome!!! He was extremely knowledgeable about Portugal and its history. He drove us to places that were less touristy so we could capture some great views and pics. He had great commentary and we enjoyed the friendly conversation...and he spoke perfect English which was very helpful! Definitely recommend this tour and Cesar! Chris from Chicgao
