Lisbon All-in-One Hop-On Hop-Off Bus and Tram Tour with River Cruise
See Lisbon by bus, tram, and boat with a 72-hour, all-access pass that lets you explore the city’s neighborhoods and landmarks. Three curated hop-on hop-off bus routes and a Tagus River boat tour check off a long list of Lisbon highlights. Since the pass includes use of Lisbon’s trams, funicular, and airport bus, it’s a great way to save on transport costs while covering lots of ground.
What to Expect
With 72 hours of access to a network of buses, trams, and funiculars, kick off three days of exploration at one of several central locations in Lisbon. Throughout your stay in the city, enjoy a mix of carefully designed routes and time to take in each destination on your own, with discounts that can be used at attractions throughout Lisbon.

Three routes—the Tagus Bus Tour, Olisipo Bus Tour, and Belém Bus Tour—cover some of the main areas of Lisbon, from the historic center to parks, the Oceanarium, and the neighborhood of Belem.

When you’re ready to hit the Tagus River, the Yellow Boat Tour cruises past a series of landmarks and bridges, offering unobstructed views of the city’s vibrant waterfront. Two tramcar tours explore Lisbon’s steep hills and the neighborhood of Belem, including a cluster of UNESCO World Heritage sites, with frequent departures for your convenience.

72 hour pass worked out well for us. Given the scope of things to see, visit and do, you cannot beat it.

Never used the airport bus, but to be honest at under €15.00 to get from airport to city centre, that is what i would do.
