This trip was amazing. I loved visited the Douro Valley in the fall. The views were amazing. Pedro was a knowledgeable guide and also great photographer. The wineries we visited welcomed us with open arms and provided great wines to taste. Lunch was in a small restaurant filled with local folks. The boat ride on the Douro River was heavenly and accompanied by wine. The day ended with Pedro giving each person a bottle of wine. I highly recommend this tour. Bravo!

Views were amazing- sun over valley was spectacular. Miguel was a wonderful guide- very informative- good driver-nice restaurant for lunch with views over river- would recommend to others.

Wow wow wow...fantastic tour and amazing views of the Douro Valley. Our guide was exceptional and picked us up from our accommodation (air bnb) on time. It is a small group, which is why we choose this company. The two wineries we visited were beautiful and lunch was superb and plentiful. The boat cruise while only an hour was enough to see the views of the river, however you are in a boat with other people. Our guide did come with us on the boat though and explained the landscapes and buildings surrounding us (no other guides were onboard) which was a nice touch.

Wonderful company, easy to communicate with and well organized. The wineries we visited were beautiful and they found a small, local restaurant for lunch with unbeatable views. Exactly what we wanted from our Douro Valley day trip.

Such an amazing day! Being picked up from our hotel directly to Douro was great. The guide was fun, answered all our questions and we could see he had a fantastic relationship with both wineries we visited and with the restaurant owners. Great choice if you are looking for a more private day!

Pedro was a fantastic host and tour guide. He truly provided a one of a kind experience with so much knowledge of the local wine industry and took us to wonderful off the beaten track cafes, restaurants and wineries.

We had an amazing day on this tour! Miguel is fantastic! This was one of our best days in Porto - highly recommend! We toured both a larger winery and a smaller one, which was a great way to see the breadth of the Duoro valley.

The maniacal recklessness of the driver (Pedro?) absolutely ruined an otherwise beautiful day. Honestly, 4 of the 5 guests in the van concurred that we were endangered and traumatized by his senseless driving, passing multiple vehicles on blind curves, speeding up and down narrow mountain roads, etc. We don't recommend your company... in fact, we ate telling our travel agent never to use Oporto Sensations Tour again.

Stunning views, fabulous winery visits, delicious lunch & relaxing boat cruise. A really great day out whilst staying in Porto. Our guide Miguel was so knowledgeable & fun to be with. Loved the day.

Highly recommend day trip to Douro Valley with Oporto Sensations - our guide was responsive, supportive, charming, shared just the right amount of information, answered any/all questions. The operator is also good communicator, and kept me up to date on pick up time at my hotel and quickly answered questions. Things went smoothly from the moment I was picked up. The drive to the valley was comfortable for my wife and I. We toured/tasted at a small family winery first, then had lunch at an incredible an exclusive restaurant, overlooking the vines. After we toured/tasted a larger winery which provided a nice contrast to the first one. Had an 1 hour river boat ride with always accompanied by our guide who gave us explanations all along the way. Totally a perfect day and way to experience the Douro Valley!

The best day of our entire trip. Our guide was amazing and very informative. A pleasure sending the entire day with her and the rest of the small group. Onlhy 3 other couples and we all loved it

My husband and I had such a fun experience on this tour! Pedro was our tour guide and he picked us up promptly from our hotel. He kept us on schedule the whole time and was full of trivia about the area and the wines. The other folks in our tour were also so fun and friendly! We all tasted some wonderful wines, had a great lunch, and saw so many beautiful sights. It was pretty rainy the day we went but it dampened neither the beauty of the area nor the amount of good vibes throughout the day.

Bruno exceeded expectations--so attentive, knowledgeable, a careful driver, and aware of possible car sickness on the way down to Duoro R. He was interested in his clients and their wishes. He was playful, sharing and giving. Please tip him for an extremely good job and a long day.
