Overview
Get a local intro to Bruges highlights on a 2-hour, private tour with a guide that’s passionate about life in the city. Enjoy the flexibility to customize the tour to your interests, as you take in historic sites, classic Bruges architecture, and colorful, canal-side neighborhoods. Stop to explore local markets and to taste some locally-made chocolate, then finish with insider tips for your remaining time in Bruges.
What to Expect
Make your way to a central location in Bruges for a 12pm departure, then learn a bit about Bruges as you walk along a series of scenic canals. Find out some of the city’s quirky history when you pause by the oldest bridge in the city, and stop by the 2be Beer Wall, an impressive testiment to Belgian beer culture, which UNESCO recognizes as part of the world’s “Intangible Cultural Heritage.”

Continue to the Burg Square Town Hall and the 12th-century Basilica of the Holy Blood, then walk through Koningin Astridpark, a historic public park with picturesque water features and a pretty gazebo. See the historic fish market and Mennewater Lake, then pause for a chocolate tasting before visiting the Belfry of Bruges and the Bruges Beer Museum.

Throughout your tour, though, you can take advantage of your time with a private guide to see just the things that interest you most, from this “best of” tour of the city to a walking tour focused on history, culture, or more. The 2-hour, private walking tour concludes in central Bruges.

Great Tour

Igor did a great job. He took us all over the city into area we never would have found. Went to the oldest pub in Europe. Watching some of the giant tours with 20 people I highly recommend getting a private tour.

Price based on number of people. Think 22.74 is for group of 6 and 65.79 is for 2.
