We had the best times. Sedgwick was an amazing bike guide. Fun bikes easy riding flat. A great way to see interlarken seeing places you wouldn't see on your own. Highly recommend for a morning if great riding and the sites of interlarken. Thanks to Sedgwick and Thomas amazing service.

We hired bikes for a 4 hour cycle ride around Interlaken. It was a route recommended by Yellow Velo and it gave us an excellent view of the town, the river and the lakes using a downloadable route map. Plenty of time for stopping for coffee and lunch. The bikes were really good and well maintained and the route was fairly flat with just a few manageable climbs. Yellow Velo has a great range of bikes, super helpful and friendly staff and we would definitely hire bikes from them again!

Love this shop! If you're into you road cycling then you will love this place. They have so great vintage cycling kit and bikes. However, it was the amazing service and support they gave that made me want to write this review. Tommy and his employee (sorry didn't catch his name) were very helpful, over the phone to start with then in store. We hired 4 bikes (2 adults, 2 kids) initially for 2 hours but ended up riding the whole day in and around Interlaken. A beautiful, accessible and appropriate route was suggested for us to take. Along the way we jumped in lakes and rivers, had a few coffee shops and the bikes we fantastic in a range of terrains. Will definitely use Yellow Velo again.

Great easy cruise to see a few of the sites Interlaken has to offer! Recommend for first timers looking to pack in sites in a short space of time

I did not actually go on a tour, rather I located Yellow Velo on a Sunday for emergency bike repairs. Tommy was very gracious and helpful to get me back on the road. His shop was the only one in the area open on Sundays. Service was quick and a reasonable charge. I highly recommend this bike shop.

We opted for Yellow Velo for our family bike hire in Interlaken based on previous reviews and weren't disappointed. Good location for a variety of trails and plenty bike options. We opted for a 4 hour approx route which had lots of variety. Easy to navigate due to signage along the way. Would recommend using yellow velo for bike hire in the area.

A great way to see some of the beautiful sights of Interlaken! A nice paced tour with lots of amazing photo opportunities. Got to learn about some of the local history. Had stops to top up our bottles with the natural fountain sprint water, and we were even given the option to stop for ice-cream, and have a swim in the gorgeous clear turquoise water if we chose (so bring swimwear if you'd like to swim too). Had really lovely day. A must if you are visiting the area. Totally recommend!

I arrived in Interlaken in the morning but too early to check in to my hotel. I wanted to explore the area to kill some time. What better way to explore than a bike ride! I searched for bike rentals and Yellow Velo was only a few minutes walk from my hotel. I rented and chose the all-day rental since I didn't know what time I was going to get back. Yellow Velo recommended a great route to ride from Interlaken to Brienz, a 30-mile ride. Wow! What a great ride and beautiful scenery! The service was great and the bike was in great, mechanical-free condition. Everything: helmet, phone holder (didn't get to use), bike repair kit, and even a poncho just in case it rains, were provided.

I went in with iffy expectations but was blown away within the first 10 minutes. The tour brought us through all sorts of hidden parts through town we never would have seen without it. Our tour guide was awesome as well- very informing and kind. I never would have seen all the sides of Interlaken without this tour.

The staff was super helpful and easy to work with. Bikes and helmets were all clean and high quality, and the pricing was great! Made for an easy way to get around the town and see all the beautiful sights!

Nice shop staff was really nice with us. We rented the tendon bike for two. Recommend the shop for everyone on holidays in town

Open on Sundays, the bikes are great, the shop keeper is very nice and gave us great suggestions for tours ! The views are just amazing really worth biking around.

Rented 4 bikes last minute from Yellow Velo on New Year's Eve, 2023 and did a self-guided tour. We were very pleased that it was open on this day and that bikes were available. Owner was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were provided with the necessary accoutrements to ride around the lakes in the cold. Next time I return, I'd definitely do the guided tour with the owner. Great value and one of the highlights of our trip to Interlaken!

Relative beginners to cycling, rented 2 bicycles for the whole day from Yellow Velo to cycle around Lake Thun from Interlaken. Amazing service from Tommy who was very friendly and helpful. Gave us great in-depth advice and suggestions regarding the route and bicycle safety. Clearly passsionate and highly knowledgeable about his craft. The views around Lake Thun were amazing although the road cycling at times felt dangerous.

The owner is very kind! And bicycle condition is very nice too :D Today is perfect day because of this bike rental!
