Dinner at La Tela Italian restaurant in Seabrook Island, SC, was outstanding from beginning to end. The roasted beet salad is served with large slices of fresh beet on a bed of arugula with slices of dry apricot, slivers of goat cheese and pistaccio nuts in a delicious dressing. The pizza, one of Gorgonzola with caramelized red onions, and pancetta and the other with prosciutto, arugula, and mozzarella raised the basic pizza understanding to a level of sophistication and great taste. For dessert, the peach ice-cream mixed with pralines was exquisite. Our waiter was not only ex[erienced and efficient but friendly and welcoming. We ate in the outdoor area which is encircled by bushes and shruberry, with a fountain in the middle surrounded by beautiful greenery and cooled by strategically placed fans, a beautiful place to enjoy the oudoors. We highly recommend La Tela!

12 hrs from start to finish. It was worth every minute. Bus, train, gondola there were all forms of transportation. The views from Jungfraujoch were simply scintillating!

We booked this activity more than a month prior (on 6/2/24), with Chase Travel, using points. When we arrived at City Tours & Excursions yesterday (7/13/24 - our last day in Zurich), with print outs of our activity, including confirmation number and voucher, we were told that Yo Tours had cancelled us two days prior (on 7/11/24). We were not notified of this. Being a Saturday, the remaining tours for the day were fully booked. When we, as well as Chase Travel, attempted to call Yo Tours, it did not seem to be a valid number as the call would not go through. In the reviews, we are now reading about similar instances regarding Yo Tours. There are other companies that do a similar tour - it would be best to book through those companies to avoid what we, as well as others in reading the reviews, went through. Chase Travel refunded our points, but we were disappointed nonetheless as we were not expecting to spend our last day in Zurich this way.

The business that isn't actually Trip Advisor decided we would not go to Lake Como but would take us on another trip. Terrible experience.

Visited the Malina on my last day little cash but no problem as had my card! They refused to take the card (although they had a machine)and frog marched me to a cash exchange in front of everybody ! I'm80 years old and have never been more embarrassed. Please be very careful with this restaurant !

Amazing experiences. Staffs were very knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoyed pretty scenery throughout the entire trip. Experienced Eiger Express cable car and Cogwheel train. However, bus was little bit crowded (number of travelers exceeded maximum traveler per group that were written in remarks and inadequate time in Interlaken. Some routes were missed even written in the itinerary. Anyway, wonderful trip except few defects.

The tour got started late. I don’t know why, so I feel the driver and guide tried to make up for it. We had 2 stops, one for 15 min by the water and one for 3 min (yes 3!) to quickly get out and take photos from the scenic views on the hill. They completely skipped the 1 hour walking tour of Old Town (as stated on the itinerary). They rushed us because they started late and needed to get the people who added the lake cruise (including us) back to the pier in time. We were completely disappointed. If I had known, I would have only booked the lake cruise directly from the pier.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We booked a private trip for an 8am pick up. Driver does not show. We chat with Yo Tours customer service and they tell us the driver is out front of the hotel. We ask for the driver number because we see no driver out front. They do not provide # until two hours later when we had left the pick up spot. We asked for a refund and they tell us we can't have one because we are on the tour. We booked through Viator and Viator says we can't have a refund because we are on the tour. We provided video proof we were NOT on the tour. Neither Viator nor Yo Tours would provide a refund citing both that we were a no show and that we went on the tour. HOW CAN WE BOTH NO SHOW AND GO ON THE TOUR???

Excellent trip to Lucerne and Burgenstock- its is absolutely stunning The boat ride from Lucerne to Burgenstock is beautiful and the ride up in the furnicular is amazing

A nice afternoon but felt like a very long tour but didn't see a lot. The team were lovely and very informed, the coach was comfortable as was the driving. It was disappointing that the cable car ride was substituted for a very basic 'train' ride to an average lookout on the side of a golf course with a 5 star hotel to look at (the Beverly Hills of Zurich the guide endlessly repeated), if the dates the cable car were being 'maintained' were shared on the tour information prior to booking that would be managed expectations, I would strongly recommend looking up the cable car website and finding out the 'maintenance period', I did this during the tour and it was very clearly out of action for most of March - my fault I guess for not thoroughly investigating prior to booking. Our tour was supposed to be an English speaking one however they blended us with another group so the poor guide had to say everything twice, it felt like things took twice as long and must have been exhausting for her. The 'ferry ride' was a 10min car ferry crossing...the one highlight was the unscheduled Lindt Factory visit, quick enough for some photos and shopping... I have done quite a few of these 'best of tours' throughout Europe over the past couple of weeks, this was not the best, but it wasn't terrible.

The views were amazing! Lucerne is a beautiful place and the Lake is serene and has many pretty buildings! Bürgenstock is it’s own haven.

Amazing experience, hopefully returning soon . The staff were very helpful with the people I really recommend to do this amazing excursion.

Had such beautiful scenery throughout the entire trip. Our guide, Bruno, was great! He gave great information about Switzerland throughout the tour. The only feedback I would share is that I wish we were able to spend more time at Interlaken and less time at the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe. Interlaken was gorgeous and the Jungfraujoch is beautiful on the way up the mountain and in the way down however, the actual stopping point on the mountain is very touristy and crowded. The amount of people made it hard to enjoy all it had to offer. I would switch the amount of time spent at Interlaken and the Jungfraujoch.
