    Nice Tour
Long tour but worth it. Great guide and everything was perfectly timed. Top of Europe was incredible (although it was overcast). Guide was great on the bus narration and on all our trains and adventures.

    One of the best
Very reasonable prices. Easily located near city center train station. Guide spoke good English and was polite and well versed with history of Switzerland.

    Mt. Pilatus and Lucerne
We had an amazing time during our day trip to Mt. Titlis and Lucerne. Our tour guide Fernando Herrera was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The timing of everything was perfect!

It was awesome amazing trip, it was snowing, but still amazing. Just being up so high on the mountain, the guides were great, explaining lots of things about Switzerland. Thanks for a great day 😀

    Zurich mostly on your own
Unfortunately the weather was not conducive to this kind of tour as we transitioned from bus to boat to bus to tram etc in the rain. It was mostly Zurich on your own as there were no quietvoxes. But we did get a reasonable overview of Zurich and the chocolate factory was interesting.

Spectacular views and excellent staff but may want to rethink allowing young children on tour
Excellent tour with fantastic guides and bus driver. The views are spectacular and you get a taste of Lucerne, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen on your journey. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because they allow young children on the tour and, unfortunately, the 2 and 3 year olds on the bus were screaming a lot on the long ride back to Zurich which was very challenging after a long day. The tour lasts 12 hours and there isn't much time for meals other than a cafeteria style restaurant at the top of Europe.

    Best experience ever!
Wonderful half-day trip whilst staying in Lucerne. Pick-up point was very easy to find, and our excellent guide, Minu, was very helpful when onboarding the coach by giving us a map of the Titlus park & emergency contact numbers. The drive from Lucerne is very scenic; Minu would give commentary along the way RE local sights Lake Lucerne, the surrounding mountains Pilatus and Titlis, and some information about the rural areas that we drove past. Instructions were very clear RE onboarding the cable car and Rotair cars to the summit of Titlus; the views were breathtaking. Once at the summit, we headed to floor 5 for the ice-flyer and suspension bridge before taking a few photos in the snow. We also viewed the glacier cave, unfortunately the tunnel was closed. We visited the ice cream and souvenir shop which had lots of choice and great for last-minute keyring and fridge-magnet gifts. Before boarding the bus, we took a short walk down the nearby stream to take in more views, and we got a few drinks at the mini Aprés ski bar, which was affordable and overall good vibes. Overall 100% worth the money, and our favourite day out in Lucerne.

    Excellent
We found this place very beautiful among the places we saw in 30 countries. Very salubrious environment. Visit from Interlaken to this Jungfraujoch, by bus, by train and cable car excellent and incomparable.

    Must do.
This tour was excellent and beautiful. The tour guides were amazing and the trip as well. The only thing is that in the description of the tour, it said 13 hours, and that is incorrect; it was only 9 hours; but that length of time was perfect.

    Amazing tour 🤩
Our driver Francesco and our tour leader Franz/Frank (not sure of the exact spelling) was very friendly and amazing. Felt really safe and well informed. The announcements/explanations of Franc was superb, clear, and well paced. The speaker was clear too as we as a family of five was seating all the way at the last seats and could hear him well. The entire trip was pleasant and we were treated with respect from the start. Thank you 🙏🏽

    Black cat at mounten
Count at least 30 minutes each way for the journey up and down from/to Engelberg with the Titlis cable car. At the top summit station, you may only need 2 hours to enjoy all activities, a bit more if the snow park is open.Dec 9, 2022 there was a cat at the to whitout a head and i did somthing to it.

    Good tour guide
Please don’t look for a big office. There is a shack by the side of the public bus stand. The staff at the office do their job and nothing more. As a tourist one would expect a warm welcome smile. But I guess they too have their days. The tour guide, although matter of fact, was informative and gave glimpses into the life of Swiss in Zurich. The trip could have been chartered better. There seemed to be a communication gap between the driver and the guide. Nevertheless we enjoyed the tour and had a memorable day.

Lots to improve. But who cares? There are plenty of tourists
The trip was conducted by Best of Switzerland. The staff were unfriendly. The point of first contact for a tour (not cheap) could have been more pleasant and welcoming. The bus was parked on the side of the road with no sign of the tour guide. When she arrived it was like a teacher had come o take students on a trip. There was no warmth. It was a job and no passion. The information was scanty. We were left to ourselves to figure out the way to the top. The crowd was literally stepping on each other’s toes. The ride to the mountain was a terrible experience with no room for personal space and everyone pushing you from behind. Please don’t choose to go here on a public holiday. The staff at the top were not helpful either.

Unfortunately weather was bad and it ended up being a trip where we saw nothing! Better to buy tickets shortly before the trip so you can plan accordingly

Dear Sightsee15268038065, Thank you very much for joining our full-day tour to Rigi and rating your experience. The weather we're having at the moment is totally normal for our country at this time of year. For this reason all our tours are operated as planned, rain or shine. In the exceptional case that the weather becomes dangerous, we would inmediately cancel the tour and contact our guests. We know it would be a major letdown if we had to cancel because of bad weather, especially since many of our guests are here for just a few days and this is their only chance to explore Switzerland. According to our policy, all reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the indicated departure time. We believe that this offers our guests great flexibility to check the weather forecast and to make any necessary changes to their plans. We are sorry to hear that your experience was hindered by such unfortunate weather conditions and hope that you were still able to enjoy a gerat stay in Switzerland. Best regards, Magdalena from Best of Switzerland Tours

Excellent tour! We loved the mix of guided and separate exploration time. The mini-tour at the end of the day walking around Lucerne was enlightening and a perfect end to a wonderful day.
