Overview
This walking tour of Florence will take you to some of the best places in the town which you can admire while hearing about its history from a fully qualified guide. You will see the Ponte Vecchio, the only Florentine bridge untouched by World War II, and the famous Duomo, with its incredible dome designed by Brunelleschi. You will visit the Church of Orsanmichele and Santa Croce, Michelangelo and Galileo’s final resting place. In the Accademia you will be blown away by Michelangelo’s colossal David, as well as some of his other, unfinished works. Here you will also find pieces by Domenico Ghirlandaio and Sandro Botticelli.
