We had a fantastic experience with our driver, Roberto. Not only was he professional, he was authentic, knowledgeable, and personable. He knew the history of Tuscany and was able to give us recommendations to avoid the tourist traps. He was beloved by all the staff of all the wineries we visited. We've been on other private tours where the tour guide was just a driver, but Roberto was a true host and then some.

We did a private custom tour from Florence to San Gimignano and Siena, with a stop at a boutique winery in between. Cosmo was our driver and he was fantastic! He drove very safely and pointed out highlights of scenery along the way. He immediately came to pick us up when we texted him from our locations. He drove us right up to the cathedral in Siena, which is at the top of a hill, saving us a lot of walking uphill. At the winery, we ate lunch with the family while the wine maker explained the wines we were sampling. Cosmo was able to join us and help translate a few things that had a language barrier. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Fabulous door to door service! Cosmo gave us suggestions of places to visit on our next trip to Tuscany. We received impeccable service from Cosmo and the We Drive You company. I would use them again and ask for Cosmo!

Maurizio, Cosimo, and Bruno were amazing professionals! We hired We Drive You Tuscany as our on call shuttle services for our wedding and I cannot express how absolutely amazing they were. The communication and flexibility was fabulous via email even before we flew to Italy. They provided us with great options for the tour of different packages. Our driver, Bruno, was fabulous. He was able to customize the tour to our needs and desires on the fly, all while still getting us to arrive at lunch and wine tasting on time. He was prompt with our pick up from our airbnb as well. This was our favorite day spent in Tuscany and I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering more private tours. We loved visiting more small family owned wineries and getting away from the options that are obvious to tourists like ourselves! We were in Tuscany for our honeymoon and while we had a rental car, it was so nice for both my husband and I to not worry about getting ourselves back home safely. While it is a little more expensive to do over the group tours; it is DEFINITELY worth it.

Our tour was everything we could have wanted! We were able to experience wine tastings and food that made us feel a part of the family. At locations we would have never been able to find or have access to on our own. 10/10!! Accommodated for our pickup location in Greve, and our larger group size. It was perfect!

I have used this company once before last year, and since the experience was great I chose to use them again. We were a group of 6, and had a very nice van with the best driver/guide, Maurizio! I highly recommend this company! I hope to see/use them again soon.

Roberto was the best tour guide, very knowledgeable in art and history, knew every painting and painter in each of many places we visited during our tours. Was very flexible and prompt. Me and my friends had an amazing time, we were a group of 3, did a private tour from Florence to Pienza, Val D'Orcia, brunello wine and pecorino cheese tasting. Everything went smoothly, from hotel pick up to drop off. Our driver Roberto, was fantastic, he is very knowledgeable and relatable. We had conversations about almost everything, from Italian history, art, culture, all the way to life experiences, which we will remember and cherish for a very long time. We also had lunch in a farmhouse in Tuscany with Elia, who was very kind, hospitable, and welcoming. He served us local cuisines and delicacies from Tuscany, which we all enjoyed. Highly recommend this tour, they have amazing people, who will make sure you and your family/friends would enjoy your trip.

How lucky were we to have enjoyed the wonderful company of our now friend Roberto on eight separate occasions over the past month. An excellent driver and guide but, more importantly, a true gentleman. Polite, friendly, kind, funny, intelligent, knowledgeable - the list goes on. We thoroughly enjoyed our transfers to Siena, Venice, Florence, Castiglione della Pescaia and Rome - with tours to Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Val d’Ordia and Pitigliano - safe and well looked after each trip with Roberto at the wheel. This trip to Italy from Australia for us was our dream holiday to celebrate our belated 40th Wedding Anniversary which was cancelled due to COVID lockdowns at that time. Great driver named Bruno- great experience, very understanding and showed us all to see in the Tuscan hills! Went to Siena, winery, town inside a castle, and da giacomo. Quaint and cute, nice way to get out of Florence. Dropped us directly at each spot.

We had an incredible experience with our drivers/guides Roberto and Cosimo! They were so knowledgeable and eager to answer questions about their beautiful country! The car was comfortable and always stocked with water. We were traveling with our 2 year old son and they went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and having fun! Roberto and Cosimo were kind, funny, always on time and truly a pleasure to get to know. When we return to Tuscany in the future, we will not hesitate to use this service again!

Over promise, under deliver! They seemed really professional and great when I was in the booking phase and when I mentioned that I was a wine professional they told me that they had a qualified "sommelier" who would be my driver. They even confirmed this the afternoon before my trip. the morning of my trip I got a crabby driver who clearly didn't want to be there and was not a sommelier. I would never have paid that price if I had known what I was getting. Thoroughly disappointed. It was so-so but I feel they weren't upfront and overpromised.

We had an EXTRAORDINARY time with Emanuale. He was punctual, professional, incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the history of the area as well as the wine of the region. He had great recommendations, provided us with opportunities to see the most amazing views and really gave us an appreciation of your beautiful Tuscany. He is a true gem and asset to your company!! When we come back I sure hope he is still available!
