What to Expect
Meet your guide at a central meeting point in Verona and then you’ll head out on a 2.5-hour easy-paced, walking tour of the city.

You’ll wander the streets of Verona's historical center learning about the history of the city from your guide while making your way to the Verona Arena. This ancient Roman arena is incredibly well-preserved and is still in use today. The arena is famous for its incredible acoustics and large-scale opera performances.

After enjoying an in-depth tour of this 2000-year-old Roman amphitheater, you’ll continue your walking tour of Verona passing by former home of famed opera singer, Maria Callas. Lastly, you’ll visit Juliet’s House featuring the famed balcony which inspired Shakespeare to write Romeo and Juliet.

You’ll wander back to Piazza Bra where your guided walking tour of Verona ends.

great look round

went on an organised trip round the city with the tour group guide saw all the sites and heard all the stories re the town and even the Romeo and Juliet which apparently never existed.

Small groups make for a great tour

Isabella was fantastic. A wealth of information. Her thirst for knowledge is evident and contagious. This is kind of expensive for a walking tour, but they keep the group sizes small, which makes all the difference in the world.
