The palace is amazing! Favorite place in Napoli. This service, however, don’t use it!!! They take your money and the tickets didn’t work. Had to pay again. Scam!

Weekend in Italy is a scam company! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!! We bought 4 entrance tickets for Borgheze Gallery on Feb. 12, 2025. When we arrived at the Gallery on the date and time we bought tickets for, they had never heard of Weekend in Italy and we were not allowed in. This of course ruined all our plans for that day. The villa is located out of town and it was very dissapointing to get all the way there and not be able to enter. The company eventually returned our money after several requests on our part, but that did not make up for the fact that we did not see the Gallery.

It was difficult to find because of construction, but once found was a real disappointment. Technology was pretty dated and too many people were on tour so you couldn’t see a lot. Waste of time.

I bought a ticket for Gallerie dell'Accademia in Venice on the 1st Sunday of March, but all museums are free on that day. They email me saying they will refund me, but when I ask when. They never respond and their phone number is not in use anymore. It's a scam company!

No modern art was displayed at all. Only an old and uninspiring collection. Maybe once considered qualitative but seems now just old.

The prices of some products in the museum shop are 2-3 euros higher than in the shops near the museum. Backpacks and umbrellas are left in the lockers at the entrance.

We bought our tickets on TripAdvisor, and there was a lot of confusion about where to pick up your tickets, and it turns out that’s a person who stands outside the castle with little or no signage. But once we were in it was interesting, but the itinerary/directions on how you get through was a little disjointed. About a 1-2.5 hour visit. Lots of stairs if you wish to see the top floors. Fantastic views from there.

Really interesting tour from a great guide Daniela. We ended up having a private tour as the other guests didn’t show. So lucky us! You get to hear some history and fun facts, lots of spiral stairs up to the best views over the square and basin. Recommend as not too long a tour and holds attention.

A superb palace full of history. A little expensive for the entrance fee as there are only a few rooms open to the public but the grand hall and the Isabella apartments are well worth seeing. The Colonna family descendants still live here.

Another beautiful historical building full of Roman knowledge that you can only but admire! Very well organised! I noticed this theme in Rome - everything runs smoothly. It held a lot of original historical artefacts, too. Our favourite was the view from the top, the room with guns and the Pope's bedroom! Cons: I asked at reception if it was disabled friendly, they said yes. Once I was inside , no lifts were working, apparently. There is a lot of walking and a lot of stairs. I really struggled and didn't get any help. Once inside, you are left on your own to do as you please. The few people that I saw there didn't speak English. This was my least favourite activity in Rome.

Interesting history over the centuries. Combines imposing physical presence - former fortress - with exhibits on related and mostly unrelated topics (Marcello Mastroianni, the actor!)

Absolutely great museum, which is “luckily” missed by the masses. Great collection, nicely displayed, and in an awesome building. Nice and quiet, and learned more of the Etruscans to appreciate them more. And now I’m interested in more of their history, which is the main goal of a museum. All considered a under appreciated gem in Rome.

The view from the clock tower was amazing. Tour guide Alex explained in great detail of how the clock worked, along with the relationship between the three Kings and Gabriel. He had also told us about the history behind them. We enjoyed his company, and had a great time.

No line to skip. This is a scam! Don’t buy this trip! Scam, swindle, conman, chizler , grifter, misquoted, ripoff artist! No, no,no!

A sparkling 2 floor museum displaying the history of Murano Glass. Located on the canal near vaporetto. Museum shop offers made in Murano ( not China) pieces as well.
