Bologna Food Tour from a local perspective
From US$104.10
Overview
Bologna is home to one of the best cuisines in Italy—where favorites like tortellini and were created—but it can be a challenge for travelers to find down-to-earth meals in the restaurant circuit.  With this tour, a guide takes you to at least half a dozen restaurants and cafes serving dishes away from the tourists. It’s an immersion in local gastronomy with pasta, salumi, pizza, wine, and gelato.

A wonderful experience for the family

We all loved the food and learnt a lot from Mattia. He was a wonderful host. The tour helped our knowledge. We went back to a couple of the businesses the day after the tour with increased confidence to eat and drink like a local!

Probably best to contact the company directly but I would not think that the food market would be open then.

From what I remember it ended around 13:30-14:00, but it depends on the number of people on the tour (we were 3).
