Overview
Explore Rome the fun and eco-friendly way on a small-group Segway tour. Roll through the ancient city streets on a self-balancing electric scooter, covering long distances without the aching feet. Learn about the city’s history from your friendly guide, stopping to admire ancient and baroque monuments like the Colosseum, Castel Sant’Angelo, Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

Group size is limited to 8 for a more personalized tour.
Highlights
  • See more of Rome in a shorter period of time
  • Skip the hassle of navigating and follow your guide
  • Explore Rome after dark with a small group, limited to eight people
  • Segway lesson included
What to Expect
Meet your guide in the pedestrian area of Castel Sant’Angelo. The tour begins with a lesson in how to drive a Segway through the Hadrian Mole Gardens. After the lesson, continue to Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, home to a vibrant market during the day. This form of transportation allows for covering ground quickly and the tour moves easily between Ponte Sisto on the Tiber River and Piazza Venezia where you climb the Campidoglio to enjoy views overlooking the Colosseum. Ride along Fori Imperiali to see the city’s famous Trevi Fountain. After a stop at the Spanish Steps, loop back to the starting point, Castel Sant’Angelo, where the tour finishes. No prior experience driving a Segway is required.

We had a great tour with Federico!! He was so informative and knew the answers to all of our questions. It wasn’t too long and we were able to see all the major sights. Would book again. Thanks Federico!

I can not say how the tour went because THE NIGHT BEFORE THEY CANCELED. Granted, they offered one other night but our schedule was already set. Very disappointed! If they were fully booked it should not have been an option on line.
