On this walking food tour, let a guide take you to some of the neighborhood's top dining spots without having to figure out the itinerary yourself. Meet locals working to preserve culinary traditions that you wouldn’t discover on your own. Choose a start time that suits you, and get personalized attention from your guide on this small-group tour.
What to Expect
Meet your guide in central Rome and begin walking through Trastevere’s narrow, cobblestone streets. Listen to your guide's commentary about local history, architecture, art, and food.

Eat and drink your way through 10 of Rome’s most historic and beloved dining spots. Sample dishes such as home-made ravioli, award-winning pizza, and refreshing gelato. Along the way, learn about the local culinary heritage and meet families and individuals who are working to preserve it.

Continue the tour, making off-the-beaten-track stops at neighborhood sites of interest that many visitors might miss. Your tour finishes back at the starting point in central Rome.

Yes. Check the website and email the company. She did ask about food issues at the beginning of the tour but I cannot remember what specific issues she mentioned.
