I had such a lovely time. As a solo traveler I was a bit hesitant to book this tour but Eugenio and his family were so warm and welcoming. The farm is immaculate, so charming and well kept. You can tell the moment you get there that the farm is kept with so much love and care. The group was greeted like family upon arrival. Eugenio is charming and so funny and was very informative during the tour. My favorite piece was to see father and son gesture towards each other and the love that is evident in the family’s business. The food was lovely! The hosts were gracious. If anyone is visiting the Sorrento region I will absolutely tell them to make a visit to Masseria Farms. What a gem! Grazie Eugenio and family! NicoleWritten 23 August 2024

- pamelamR6472UM0 contributionsLovely farm Lemon & Olive tour!My daughter and I were here the 1st week of June. This family owned tour & dinner was one of the top if not THE top things we did in Italy. Rafella was our tour guide & one of the two sons working alongside their parents/family. He was so fun, knowledgeable and wanted to share the love of their farm and history of lemon and olive production. There was so much more on the tour to explore besides the lemon and olive trees. Their farm is truly Farm to Table! They produce everything on their farm including fruit, vegetables, grapes and have their own livestock. They even have bee hives! They produce their own wine from the grapes! After the tour we went into their home for a family style meal with others on our tour. We sat with 2 other couples during dinner- 1 couple from Chicago & another from Washington DC. We had such a wonderful meal with them. As a matter of fact, we had so much fun, the 6 of us continued our evening together for several more hours! This was a event we will never forget! Thank you for a special day!Written 23 June 2024

- Katherine C0 contributionsEducational and delicious. Absolute perfect experienceThis farm tour and lunch was the absolute highlight of my Amalfi coast trip. It was not on our original plan, but due to scheduling changes we had a free day and decided to check this out, especially since it included lunch. We went in blind so I had no expectations at all, which made it extra fun. A mystery tourist activity. It is a family owned farm with the focus on lemons and olives. They grow a little of everything there though. The tour guide for us was one of the sons, Eugenio. He shared so much knowledge with the group and was very charming. He made everything interesting and was able to answer just about any question tossed his way. I now know so much more about olive oil and how to use it, and how to pick out the good stuff. The farm also has animals such as goats, chicken, cows, cats, and pigs, many of whom I got to pet, so that was an added bonus. And they make their own wine. Throughout the tour we got to smell many of the herbs they grow, as well as the lemons! I was able to pick a fig fresh from the tree. I've never had a better fig! While we toured the mother of the family was cooking lunch for the group - made from farm fresh ingredients! There were meats and cheeses, pasta, fried zucchini flowers, eggs (hard boiled with lemon olive oil drizzle), lemon tiramisu, and of course limoncello, lemonade, and wine - all made there! I'm sure there are foods I am missing but everything was heavenly. As a note - they do ask about food allergies and dietary restrictions so it sounds like they can accommodate for most things! I purchased olive oil (lemon and regular), lemon marmalade, and limoncello. And I'm already regretting not getting giant sizes off all (it wouldn't fit in my luggage). I could go on for pages and paragraphs about this place, but the best thing I can say is just go try it! I will make my way back any time I am in Italy. Worth the trip. They deserve a Michelin star for the lunch if you ask me. Nothing like an Italian Nonna cooking in her kitchen for you.Written 21 November 2023
- sylviac3680 contributionsAn insight into olive and lemon farming on the Sorrento Peninsula + tasting the produce. produce.Absolutely fantastic experience of a lemon and olive producing farm in the Sorrento Peninsula + much more. We learnt so much about lemons, limoncello and olive oil production and then we had the delights of an absolutely delicious lunch, using produce from the farm, cooked by our guide's mother in the family home + home made wine.. A real taste of Italy, we cannot praise this tour highly enough even though it was raining when we went. A fantastic host also not forgetting the minibus driver.Written 28 October 2023

- 35carynr0 contributionsHighly Recommended Farm TourThis was a wonderful family friendly or adults only farm tour. The farm was started in 1898, our host, the newest generation, was informative, humorous and multitalented (walked across the netting). Animal petting and feeding was encouraged, including of the cats and kittens running around. We received lessons on making wine and lemon cello. Two of our party are gluten free and they went out of their way to accommodate us for lunch and tastings of fresh marmalade, honey, and flavored olive oils.Written 21 July 2023

- B2337GFchristinek0 contributionsA pure slice of lemon heaven. This tour far exceeded any expectations my family and I had. The family who owns the farm all work together to keep the entire production going. We were allowed access to the various components of the facility including the animals , vast quantities of vegetation, wine cellar , and of course the magnificent lemon trees. We were given fresh lemonade , homemade wine , various olive oils also made on premise, jams , honey , magnificent limoncello, and a delicious meal prepared by the mama. This family is purely delightful and the best afternoon in a beautiful slice of heaven. Do not miss this tour. Grazie alla familglia!Written 7 May 2023
- 910junat0 contributionsA mustWhat a lovely passionate family! Enjoyed the tour very much And the lovely meal cooked by their mother, Marry. So accommodating, though it’s the slow season in Sorrento with loads of activities canceled and hotels closed. They still managed to make it work. Sustainable farming done here! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this familyWritten 17 December 2022
- Fishes35780 contributionsFriendly & welcoming - Lovely family experienceWe are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) and we wanted to experience something different and we were not disappointed. I arranged the tour directly with the farm and as we were staying quite a way away the owners arranged to transport us to/from our accommodation. The tour of the farm was very interesting and we all learned a lot, and how they use the land to its full potential from Euginio, who is clearly very passionate about his farm . My children particularly enjoyed seeing and stroking the young kittens and feeding the animals. Then we all got to experience the wonderful produce of the farm cooked by Mama. There was plenty of food for us all (and wine and limoncello for the adults), and we all agreed it was the best food we had eaten during our stay in Italy. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to return. Thank you again for being so welcoming and friendly.Written 1 September 2022
- James L0 contributionsA joyous few hours spent! My girlfriend and I couldn't recommend this experience more! Greeted by our wonderful host, Eugenio, we were amazed to learn how this self-sufficient farm has grown and adapted through the generations. We were enticed initially by the picturesque lemon groves & olives trees, but were left beaming having learnt about all the other special produce seeded, grafted and carefully harvested by the family-run farm (not to mention meeting the local goats, chickens, cows and pigs!). Schooling over, we were then treated to not only a tasting session of the produce, but to a full, home-cooked meal from 'mama'. Finished off with a Limenocello toast, we took home some very fond memories and new friends. Would highly recommend! Alla nostra! James & SarahWritten 28 July 2022
- Drdennis19700 contributionsThis is a special treat! They picked us up. They showed us around their family farm. let my son play with the goats, the ducks, cows, pigs and kittens and then their mom makes us a traditional dinner while we sip on wine they have made and sit outside above the farm. Do yourself a favor, do this. It is a relaxing 3 hours that you won't regret.Written 5 June 2022

Absolute highlight of our trip to Sorrento. Price wise it is exceptional (we booked direct), the collection point is easy to get to and the bus journey pleasant! You feel so welcome from the beginning of the tour and all aspects are incredibly interesting - the tour itself was great, our guide one of the 2 sons on the farm was so knowledgeable and friendly, the animals were great fun and the farm itself is beautiful.
The food was incredible made with such care, the ingredients all local or homemade and the endless courses all made by the mother really made this experience unique. The gift shop is very reasonable and we were more than happy to purchase some items after being wowed by them previously! We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone staying locally or nearby and we would definitely do it again!

This was an extremely disappointing event. The link in the ticket sent to us took us to the wrong location, and when we realized that and found the correct location, we got there about 4 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. We waited there for 30 minutes, trying to contact the organizer/driver, and our driver never showed up. We left and finally heard back, hours later, that the driver was there at the pickup time, but because we weren’t there, he left because he couldn’t pull over and wait. Mind you, there was plenty of room to pull over on the road and we actually spoke to other drivers who were waiting 10+ minutes for their groups at that very same location. And despite having given my cell number when buying the tickets, the driver never reached out to us. When we responded, explaining what happened, the organizer offered us to reschedule, however we were leaving Italy the next day and could not reschedule. We asked for a refund and never heard back. We payed $160 and we’re left standing in the sun for 30 min, never got to do any of the activity. We’re going to try to fight the charge with our credit card company, but the way the whole situation was handled was absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. Would not recommend.

An amazing morning. Bus took us to the farm which was absolutely stunning. Greeted by the son, Eugenio and his father and mother. Once everyone arrived proceeded on a tour of their idyllic farm and everything was explained by Eugenio. Obviously knowledgeable and rightly very proud of his family's farm he gave a great tour with animals, smelling freshly picked herbs and all at a leisurely pace. Once the tour was over we went to their beautiful outside seating area where we were then given bruschetta, cheese and meats, some lovely authentic Italian cuisine all washed down with their home made red wine. After we had a delicious homemade dessert we sampled their own limoncello and they told us exactly how to make it. Finally we were welcomed into their shop but at no point pressured to go in or buy anything, but I recommend going into the shop as well simply for the history that they have in there. The original presses for olive oil, wine and pictures of all 4 generations of the family are in this mini museum.
Took my wife there on our honeymoon and it was perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I took this tour on our wedding anniversary at the suggestion of a local, and loved every minute of it! As it was off season it was just the two of us. We were welcomed by the whole family at the entrance to the farm, and then given a fantastic tour, learning more about lemons than we ever thought we would know! The tour is also made to be fun (shout out to the super friendly goats). The passion the whole family have for this place and their way of life shines through the whole time. After trying some of their lemon, olive and wine products (yum!), we also stayed for the home cooked lunch which was fantastic! All fresh, very local ingredients, cooked with love. We picked up a few small bottles of the oils (despite knowing we would have to carry them in our backpacks for a month around Europe - they truly were that good!) and were dropped off again feeling well fed, happy, and like we just had a wonderfully genuine South Italian experience! Grazie mille :)

Fantastic, Incredible, Amazing, Beautiful.... there are not enough words to describe how wonderful this tour was. This tour was by far one of the highlights of our time in Sorrento, from the hilariously exciting bus ride, to learning about the farm, and of course the delicious meal that was prepared for us alongside some homemade wine. If you are unsure if this tour is for you, trust me it is! I went with my parents and my sister and all 4 of loved this experience, even though we all have different interests. Eugenio was our guide and he was knowledgeable and funny. His father was following along, giving some hay and potatoes to feed to the animals, and handing us different herbs or leaves from the trees to touch and smell to really immerse us into the experience. I can not speak highly enough about this tour. Just do it! You won't regret it! I went in September and one month later i am still raving about this tour.

Admittedly, I was apprehensive about being shuttled to a mountaintop farm after barely surviving the clifftop road on the Amalfi Coast the day before, but Rafaelle and Eugenio proved to be the greatest hosts throughout not just the drive, but our entire tour of the family's private farm. They have been farming it since 1898 and have now owned the property for over 30 years. You can tell that they have a rich, ancestral connection to their farm by the way they walk around it, pointing out details like the age of each lemon tree and the ripeness of each individual fig. The tour began with a walk through the premises, where we viewed the stables, the orchards, the garden, and the greenhouses. Then we were shown the olive oil pressing plant along with the wine cellar. They then brought us inside for a 5 course tasting menu that was truly farm to table and completely organic. I could not recommend this tour enough, as the hosts, facilities, and foods were all spectacular.

Just back from spending about 3 hours on this 12 acre family farm which has been passed down through many generations. My wife and I joined about 30 others on the farm this morning where we were split into 2 groups and given separate tours by brothers Eugenie and Raphaele. They speak excellent English and have a natural warmth and a great sense of humour. They provided an entertaining and informative tour of the farm where the family grow mainly lemon tress, but also tomatoes, olives, chestnuts and multiple other herbs and vegetables. We learned so much.
After a chance to taste 3 varieties of olive oil we were invited into the family home and given a beautifully cooked and much bigger than expected lunch - including bruschetta, fried zucchini, pasta, lemon cake, homemade red wine and finished off with limoncello.
The countryside setting is idyllic and made a pleasant and welcome contrast with the very busy streets of Sorrento.
We came away with bottles of their homemade EVO oil, Limoncello and a jar of marmalade - all very reasonably priced. Most others on tour were queuing to buy their food too.
Highly recommended.

One of the best experiences of our trip, a beautiful location and a really interesting and entertaining tour around an authentic, family run farm near Sorrento.
Well organised and great value. The family sons gave a great tour, and after that we were provided with a fantastic (and large) lunch cooked by their Mother, with several courses, wine and Limoncello (all homemade)! You also have an opportunity to buy olive oil, limoncello and chutneys directly from the farm at the end of the tour.
Pick-up/drop-off from Sorrento was smooth and easy, would highly recommend. We did it on our first morning in Sorrento and it really set the tone for an amazing trip.
We also got to pet and feed goats, pigs and a cow!

This trip is 100% worth it. From start to finish it was amazing. Full of interesting information about the family home, the farm and how they run their business. Followed by a beautiful dinner, where we enjoyed Mamas home cooked food and their own wine they make themselves (which was so good we even purchased a bottle). They ended the trip on a shot of lemon cello. We did the 3:30pm tour and it was a great time, we even got to watch the sun setting whilst having our meal. Could not fault & recommend highly if you are in sorrento.

We had a great time on this farm tour - would recommend for all ages! This was a fantastic way to learn more about the city's lemon history and farming in Southern Italy, in a way that was both information but super fun and interesting. Seeing some of the farm animals was an adorable addition! The food was fantastic and the highlight for me. Family run and loved hearing about the farm's history.
