This was a fantastic tour and well timed. What made the experience as wonderful as it was was having a friendly, funny and well informed guide. Clara was a delight, and I was extremely impressed with her art knowledge. She picked the best pieces at El Prado and gave us a very thorough explanation of the particular artist and pieces. We thoroughly enjoyed the tours. Clara, our guide, was lively and informative. She relayed history of the monarchy with humor. The walking tour wasn’t fast paced and she related what we just experienced at the Palacio with points of interest. She is very knowledgeable about the artist in the Prado.

The museum/ art gallery is well worth visit. I was not impressed with the audio package. There were 4 in our group, and we each installed the app. Some worked but mine just played poorly transmitted music. Told at last minute to take headphones, but we did not all have them. Also last minute change meant tickets were collected outside museum, not sent by email as advised - a bit worrying at the time

Our guide, Cristiana was great. She was very knowledgeable about the art work and kept our entirely family engaged throughout the tour.

Excellent 2 hour guided tour sampling the Prado. Christiana gave us a wonderful perspective of the important works from the major painters starting with Bosch. Highly recommend it.

This tour was great. Marta was an excellent guide, providing just the right amount of history about the Palace and selecting Prado paintings. It finishes at Prado, so you have more time to walk the museum and see other masterpieces. Worth the cost.

Christiana was excellent in highlighting key works and often did so with a little humor. She was outstanding in moving our group of 12 through the crowds. The microphones used to iced clear sound, no static, and were lightweight.
