Yes you can have an English speaking guide, our guide was Patricia. The meeting place was Plaza de Isabel II, by Opera Metro. You will have to travel into Central Madrid.

About 3 hours. Start 1030. Finished 130 - we chose not to take a break - but our guide offfered that.
