About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- mfoong0 contributionsAvila and SegoviaSegovia and Avila were well worth a visit. Our guide Nachos was very informative and entertaining. He had a great sense of humour and made the trip so enjoyable. We got the package with tapas - the tapas was a little disappointing- just some olives n bread. We ordered more food for lunch and this place was a little more pricey than what we’d been having in Madrid. But the service was super quick so that gave us more time to have a look around before re joining the rest of the group for the walk to the alcazar. Overall, very good!Written 17 March 2024

- 759yuriyy0 contributionsGreat tour to Toledo CityWe really liked this tour; our guide was Nacho. For the price we paid we got more than we’d hoped for. He took us to several museums and churches within Toledo. Nacho was very interactive with the tourist group and knew the history of the city very well. He led us around Toledo with ease. The bus was very comfortable and clean. I do wish we had gotten more time to explore the shops after the tour (he gave us roughly 10 minutes). Also the mic for the radio that he used probably could be fixed because it was very static-y and hard to hear on our devices (which they distributed along with earbuds). Overall 10/10 tour :)Written 17 March 2024

I would never book tickets via the operator again. Their prior communication did not make clear that the ticket office you have to collect tickets from is 2.7 miles away from the stadium itself and you have no other option but to collect the tickets in person from the Julia Office They don’t tell you about this until after you have booked and their costs are actually higher than just turning up and paying at the stadium on the day. Their customer service post booking is appalling. Don’t book with them. Just go to the stadium and you’ll save yourselves money and an unnecessarily trip across the city to collect your tickets!

Awful tour. We booked the tour for 10:30am only to arrive and be told to join the back of the queue which lasted for an hour even though we had a time slot. The tour wasn’t guided and you just walk round the stadium with little to see. Would not pay again to see this building site and would recommend visiting the estadio metropolitano.

Hugely disappointed, I was expecting a stadium tour of this mighty stadium.
Entrance brings you to the museum which as you can imagine is full of trophies and memorabilia.
Then you exit and are then in a small corner inside the ground overlooking the pitch.
Then you exit through the overpriced club shop and that’s basically it !!!!
Don’t waste your money and save it instead for a match.

As full as Real Madrid's trophy cabinet in as vacuous in the Guided Stadium Tour. Plenty of construction work and paying EUR 37 to walk through a trophy cabinet and sit in the stands for a while is not worth its money, highly overrated in my opinion.
It's all about the money unfortunately, Real Madrid lost its soul long time ago..

The stadium is going to be gorgeous but it’s under construction so architecturally there isn’t much to see. Parts of the exhibition area is open as well as the under construction field.. The gift shop is open and has a wide selection of items to choose from.. Our grandchildren enjoyed seeing the stadium but of course would have liked to have seen a game or a finished product.

Really disappointed. Entered into museum then out into stadium where you could access just one seat section. Then had tickets scanned - assuming to start tour - but found ourselves entering the shop. For €15 - felt this was very, very poor.

The place is under construction. You are forced through a line to have your photo taken. Staff are unfriendly and miserable. You get to see a bunch of trophies and then see a pitch under construction with JCBs and workmen. You don't even get to see the dressing rooms. It's rubbish, don't bother.

The best way I can describe the tour is as follows.
Come and see all of our trophies and history about the club. Then come take a picture with a team player “green screen” then end of tour 🤷♂️
Then you’re rooted to visit the store upon exiting where you could purchase your photos or not.
My advice don’t bother during the stadium construction, spend your money seeing Atlético Stadium Tour.

Cool to see but very short. Less than 45 min. See video presentation of old and new stadium. Trophy room etc. go up in stands but choking from construction dust. Whole field ripped up. Then store and out. My nieces are soccer players and wanted to go. They should charge less during construction. No oress box, no multiple views of field. No locker rooms etc.

I found it uninspiring & inadequate for a club of Real Madrid’s stature. You saw a couple of trophies, only got a view of the ground from high up in one stand. And were shunted into the supporters shop as soon as possible.

Hello,
I am really hoping to do a Stadium Tour for my partners birthday on 1st October 2023. I see there is construction ongoing and a lot of people saying don't waste your money but this was in July. I have seen online that they are hoping works to be completed September/October.
Just wondering if anyone had an up to date idea of what the site looks like now and if it would be worth booking the tour for 1st October?
I really don't want to book it if you can barely see anything other than a construction site.
