Enlightening and entertaining tour of the Uffizi
Our tour of the Uffizi Gallery with Galya was one of the highlights of our time in Europe. She is very knowledgeable about the works in the gallery and knows how to present the information in a way that is interesting and fun. Highly recommended.

It’s a scam, avoid this operator!
The tour guide never showed up or contacted me. We waited for a half hour at the indicated meeting place before giving up. We tried calling the provided phone number, no one picked up, it went to voicemail. The ticket box at Parc Güell stated this operator is known for not showing up, it’s a scam stay away from this operator!

A special place with a perfect tour by perfect guide!
We arrived perhaps two minutes past schedule but our lovely guide Nadine exclaimed that we were "Right on time" and outfitted us with the earpieces so we could clearly hear her colorful explanation of the Parc and Gaudi's designs with the intimacy of a friendly conversation; no yelling required at all! I cannot praise Nadine highly enough for being so charming, entertaining, and knowledgable! A truly memorable experience! Following the guided tour of the restricted area, we remained to explore the other delightful sights and views of the Parc and Barcelona and the sea beyond.

Park Guell was great - Visit Europa disappointed
After we arrived in Barcelona, we receied an email from Visit Europa to advise us that we couldn't collect the tickets at their office as previously promised. However, they send us tickets by email, which needed to be printed out. Not easy with an iPad. Fortunately, our hotel receptionist kindly printed them out for us. We arrived by taxi, 30 minutes in advance as advised on the tickets, but could see no signs directing us from the drop off point to the entrance and consequently spend 15 precious minutes queueing at the wrong place. Very stressful. Once inside, it was magic. There must be a better way to pre-book tickets.

    Cancelled tour a day before
This was a very disappointing experience. Received an email saying our tour of Park Guell was cancelled two days before and we could only have entry tickets. Too late to get another tour and only received 40% refund. They gave me options to cancel in the email but that was disregarded. Finally found a phone number to talk to someone at the very last minute. All office locations were closed and phone numbers disconnected. I made these reservation ahead of time but to no avail. Spent a lot of time trying to get a tour with tickets and tracking down someone to speak to. Not how I would have liked to spend my vacation.

    BEWARE, DO NOT BOOK
Arrived twenty minutes at tour office and designated meeting place along with other people for tour on September 2, 2019, 11am tour. Office locked, lights out, no tour guide, and no tour provided. Yellow signed posted on door to apply for refund. No one answered advertised phone numbers or responded to multiple emails. No refund received. Currently filed dispute with my MC for service not provided. Not resolved yet . It’s a mess and big pain. We travel a lot and have never experienced this and do not complain. This cannot stand I want my $115 refunded. By the way noted decal next to their refund posting this a Travel Advisor company and has Travel Advisor Award. Hmm?

    Amazing Parc!
While my husband and I totally enjoyed the guided tour of Parc Guell (this part i will give 5 stars), trying to find the office at the address that was provided was most frustrating. We had no idea that the physical office was closed, nor did many of the other tourists. Also, "Visit Today" tours contacted us 2 days prior to our actual tour date, to say that they had to push the time of our tour back by 2 hours. We were fortunate that we had extra time that day, so that we were able to still take the tour. Once we found the guide who was standing on the sidewalk, we received our tickets and entered the park. We were amazed at the architecture and all the park had to offer.

    Good Tour!
If you come to Barcelona, Park Guell should definitely be on your list. Gaudi’s creativity and foresight are exhibited here. And though it is on a slope, there are plenty of places to sit and rest. The only thing I can complain about is the meeting point for the tour is confusing. An address is given, but the building is closed. The guide meets you in front of the building on the sidewalk just before the tour.

Sagrada Familia was part of my 79th birthday celebration. After attending a short visit of Barcelona, I knew I wanted to return. I came with 12 of my friends, had a private tour set up via trip advisor. It was simply breath taking experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone. I took this trip approximately a year ago and I still have very fund memories.

Really informative. Can be a jungle finding a meeting place here and we were late but that didn’t stop them waiting for us and even hunting us down so we could join. Make sure you get there 15 minutes before. I booked on my iPhone and my aging eyes missed this point on the e-ticket but it was there!!!

Carles was informative, hilarious and deeply committed. His explanations were really informative. We loved it and the experience of turning a corner and seeing it there in front of me totally took my breath away. My eyes watered and experiencing the scale of this magnificent building when I stepped inside made my eyes water.

It rivals anything of historic value like St Pauls, Westminster Abbey, St Peters or Notre Dame. It is on this category and Gaudi is well worth researching. What a talented, principled and committed man.

Only set back is the use of single use headphones in the audio amplifiers we used for Carles excellent and informative commentary.

Come on guys in this day and age that isn’t necessary or acceptable. Please take the time to use non-touch head sets that can be reused and don’t get chucked in the bin after one use. Go to Casa Mila and find out their supplier.

We took the English guided tour of the Sagrada Familia with Silvia and enjoyed it very much. We met at the Visit Europa office, made our way to the Basilica and bypassed much of the line. Silvia was a great guide, it was really nice taking the tour from someone local. You could tell she is extremely proud of her city and church. The facts and history she gave added to the whole experience. The Basilica itself it just gorgeous, a must see if you are in Barcelona. The tour was about an hour and a half, after which we were able to stay as long as we wanted. Highly recommend, ask for Silvia!

Do NOT risk making plans for a tour with this company!!! We booked a Skip the Line tour of La Sagrada Familia many months ago , only to receive a terse email just days before our trip that they were cancelling our tour.
No real explanation provided, no attempt to rebook us....just “You will get a refund.”
That’s great....except now it’s too late to make alternate arrangements so we will miss what was to be the highlight of our trip to Barcelona. Very poor customer service.
I suggest you book with another company to avoid a major disappointment. Disgusted.

On 1/29/2019, I made areservation for two people for a guided tour of Sagrada Familia at 11:00 AM on 8/9/2019. I received several confirmations over the following months, including as late as 8/6/2019. While we were still in the air from JFK to Barcelona, this company sent notification that we were no longer scheduled in the 11:00 AM tour, but moved to the 4:00 PM tour. August 9th was our only full day in Barcelona and we had made other plans around the visit to Sagrada Familia. We had to cancel this reservation and obtain a refund. Why would anyone want to book with a tour company that operates in this fashion?

I’m not one to leave any type of review. But I was misled with this company. I thought it was highly unprofessional
to contact me last minute and on a Whatsapp with a sketch picture stating that the tour was cancelled and needed my card information for reimbursement. Given that and the content of the WhatsApp text, I didn’t trust the agency cancelling and thought it was a hoax. I booked the tour tickets one month in advance and was given a weird notice through TripAdvisor and this company the night before. STUPID. The company also stated in order to receive my refund, I would have to go through another company and confirm with the other one. Seriously, if you had all my info, just refund me the stupid money.

All of this was a waste of my time and on top of that, There was no indication where to meet the tour or where to receive the official tickets to get in. Like hello, this is all
Supposed to make things easier. So I wouldn’t recommend this AT ALL. Highly unlikely I’ll get my refund. Honestly it was much cheaper and easier to just buy tickets at the gate. Oh and word of advice to this tour, don’t Whatsapp your customers with a picture of you sitting on your boyfriends lap.

We were here last in July 2011. This time we had pre-arranged a private excursion to La Sagrada Familia ‘Cathedral’. The Sagrada Familia, Barcelona's most idiosyncratic and flamboyant church, is regarded as architect Antoni Gaudi's masterpiece and has been under construction since 1882!
We were a little early giving us a good hour and a bit to walk around the cathedral, take photos, and have a coffee before the tour commenced.
The exterior of the Sagrada Familia was obviously built in stages and, as we know remains incomplete. Its three major facades are (as we walked around the building: Passion, Glory (unfinished) & Nativity (oldest) facades.
Inside, we were blown away despite being somewhat prepared to know a little of the story. It too remains incomplete with, for example, cork floor tiles rather than the planned marble. The target is to complete much in the next seven years as 12 June 2026 is 100 years since Gaudi died.
Our guide Georgina was excellent and added greatly to our knowledge. A truly living church and maybe one day a cathedral.

We booked this tour well over a month in advance and 5 days before our appointment we received a notice that “due to unfortunate unforeseen circumstances we must inform you we can not accommodate your booking”.
On this short notice no other tours are available. This was a once in a lifetime visit for our family and was going to be the highlight of our trip.
Thanks for nothing lousy company.
Last time using trip advisor. Not the first time one of their providers screwed us over.

Having previously visited Barcelona and been unable to properly see La Sagrada Familia as it was fully booked for the duration of our city break, we made sure we booked in advance this time and were so pleased we did. We had a fantastic guide called Georgina who shared lots of amazing facts about the history of the site and it's construction which you would never have known if you just looked around yourself. Her English was excellent and she made sure everyone could hear her clearly and had a correctly working headset before starting and throughout. Overall it took approximately an hour and a half for the guided tour of the breathtaking site and we would recommend this activity and our exceptional guide without hesitation. The only minor negative is that the Visit Europa Today office would benefit from some additional, more prominent signage outside to make it quicker to find.
