Yes, Both my classes were on English. Both chefs spoke very good English and were very clear in their speech. Recipes in English, had to convert measurements.

I don’t think so. Possibly your teenager. Definitely not a child. There are sharp knives involved and the work counter is high. I think you would have to worry about keeping your child entertained for 4 hours and “whine... More

It is a small business with not many staff; perhaps not sufficient time to keep the calendar correct. I see that now July 17 @ 5pm is "Full". The class is excellent - I hope you can find another time.
