Stan was our guide 👍 we had already been to blue lagoon so he took us to the coffee factory instead. Bought 1 kilo of beans to take home. A great day! Don’t even know where to begin, we were a bit late coming off the boat as we had to tender to port but the boys still were able to cater for us! 100% recommend Yumi tours if you’re visiting Vanuatu and you want an unbelievable experience of the island that I believe is honestly priceless. Booking was such an easy process and they were very accommodating. The boys at yumi are so knowledgeable and friendly, big shout-out to Albert who kept speaking nothing but truth and wisdom, was a very humbling experience getting to share Kava with him and our group. Phillip also was an A class tour guide, who made the tour even more accomodating for us, can’t thank the boys enough for such a wonderful experience. When we do find ourselves back in Vanuatu, we’ll definitely be booking again! Thank you tumas Yumi Tours!

Had the most amazing time with these guys. The crew are so talkative and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need.
Unfortunately the buggy’s were playing up that day but they were more than accommodating and offering us multiple options for the last place of the day. We chose the cultural tour and so glad that we did - they even refunded us the difference.
Book with these guys because only her group on my cruise told me they were charged $200 just to go to the blue lagoon and back! Protect yourself and book a tour :)

Brilliant day!
Ended up starting at Duty Free which worked well as it got sent straight to the cruise ship instead of carrying it around like other tour groups. From the Garden of Eden was spectacular. Blue Lagoon could probably go without it's pretty average, but the lunch Yumi put on there was really good.
To top the day off though we went to the buggies and they were unreal. Great fun, with great views. Don't wear white though - you will get dirty haha!

This tour is a bit expensive, but since it covered 3 places and lunch was well worth it. We enjoyed our buggy ride, pity there was no mud. Blue lagoon beautiful as ever, and small waterfall was lovely and refreshing. Plenty to eat at lunch. Wish we had time to go to the turtle sanctuary too. Staff great and easy to book online and they were very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Dear Wendy, it's an all inclusive tour as you've clearly pointed out and the price is a bit high. And yes, I would agree with you that it would have been more fun had there been rain and more mud. We thank you for reviewing our service.

We booked the buggy tour but didn’t get it. We were only told after they picked everyone up, really should have told us at time of pick up. They offered instead to go quad biking. To be fair they did offer to take us back to hotel and provide a refund. By that stage we agreed to go with it, as it was already a hour into the tour.
First stop was a block of land in the back county. We were left sitting on the bus for @20min. Don’t know why? Then suddenly they decided to get the quad bikes out of the shipping container for us to ride. The ride was fun but so freaking hot, I thought I would pass out from heat exhaustion. Thank god at that time we arrived at the gorgeous fresh water stream.
No water was available and when asked, we were advised water would be available at the blue hole. True to their word they did have water. My recommendation would be take heaps of water with you.
Lunch was a huge disappointment! We arrived at the “zoo” and were shuttled into the eating hut. We were at the end of the line so by the time we were served all we got plain white rice and a semi warm sausage! No drinks were included. They did have salad and steak and chips but had run out by our turn. Not good enough for the price we paid for the tour.
The “zoo” was really a turtle hatchery. Lots of baby turtles to touch and look at.
We do want to acknowledge the excellent knowledge of our guides Alfred and Julian. They are absolutely awesome.
But when paying western prices for this tour, you should expect western service. Much room for improvement!

Thank you for your thorough and honest review. We we're only made aware of the buggy issue at the very last minute. As you've rightly mentioned we didn't want to force anyone into changing their tour and offered a free cancelation with full refund.
Our quad supplier we're scheduled to get on site at 10AM and since we got there a bit earlier we had to wait for that additional 20 minutes.
I agree with you that lunch needs improvements and we'll work on it.
We have taken consideration of all the points needing improvement and we'll take necessary actions accordingly.

We had a FANTASTIC time with Yumi Tours.
So easy to find Phil when we got of the Cruise Ship.
We had Moses as our driver he was awesome. There was laughter and smiles all day. We did Eton Blue Lagoon swimming with some beautiful Fruit, then swimming with the Turtles at the Turtles Sanctuary and had a yummy cooked lunch.
Then we went and did Buggy driving for 1 hour that was AWESOME in the dry love to do it again in the wet.
Then our other friends went and did the Horse riding for 1 hour.
Last stop was off to do our Duty free shopping.
Moses went out of his way to make sure we had plenty of time to shop there. We would recommend this fantastic tour company to people of any age. Our experience was amazing and definitely recommend. We had a FANTASTIC time with Yumi Tours. So if you are going to Port Villa please look up Yumi Tours and let Phil and the great team show you the island.

Had the best day out on this tour . Our guide Vincent was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure you were getting what you wanted from the tour. He even added in an extra stop at the turtle sanctuary which was not a part of the tour but something I really wanted to see. The buggy tour was great. Had a little buggy breakdown which turned out great for us as we got to spend time on the most beautiful beach while they went to get a new wheel and then let us catch up on the tour. No crazy time frames and never felt like we were being rushed. We started off on the buggy which was great and then on to the turtles which was amazing. The blue lagoon was next and it has to seem to see how beautiful it is. Eden on river was next where we got to swim in another beautiful swimming spot and had a delicious bbq lunch. I can’t pick out one thing that was my highlight of this tour. It was all great from the guides and the staff (who were all amazing) to the naturals beauty this island has to offer. I was beyond happy with my day. It was our last day on the island and I couldn’t have picked a better way to spend it. I can’t wait to do it all again.

We went with a large group including kids from 8 to 20. They had a great time.
We opted for the 2 hour tour with the cultural stop off. The cultural part was really good as it showed practical examples rather than just talking.
The buggies are well worn and a couple had mechanical issues, but the team fixed them up pretty quick or provided a replacement.
It was dusty on the day we went, and we all got pretty dirty. If wet, the mud would have been 10 times worse.
We had to wear closed shoes, so we wore our reef shoes.
Unfortunately the card reader didnt work when we needed to pay, so we had to be taken to an ATM to get cash out which was slightly annoying, but these things happen.
All in all, I would recommend if you are looking for something slightly different.

Yumi yours was amazing. We got of the cruise ship and they waited for us at the port. Transported us in airconditioned bus through the island. We visited the eden falls, blue pool, duty free and the buggies tour all in time to get back on the ship on time. One thing o would recommend is bring your own water, get changed in your swimmers before you go. The lunch we got was average.. no options if you had food allergies. But it was nice to have something as there was nothing else to eat at the blue pool if you didn’t bring it yourself. Staff was very friendly and our tour guide Richi was amazing.

We had a great day, guide Alfred was very helpful. Lovely spot at the Lagoon, thankfully no ship in that day so not crowded. The buggy adventure tour was great fun, a blast round the paddock then time to stop for a quick swim at a beautiful beach and watch a herd of horses trek by from the stables next door. Highly recommended.
However, the trip to see the turtles, sharks etc. was very sad. We thought they may be involved in conservation but no, the live turtles are held up for tourist photos in water filled pens, we heard they're held in captivity for 3 years before being let go.

Hello. Im travelling to Port vila with p&o cruise in October. There's 3 of us. Does that mean we can't book this tour?

Hello! I’m travelling with quantum of the seas cruise ship on 20th-30th Jan, I read that we need a valid drivers license. Does that mean a full drivers license? I am currently on my Provisional 2 License, which pretty much means I can do everything that someone with a full license can do except exceed 100 km/h and have 0 Alcohol in the system. Am I still able to drive the buggy’s? Please provide a contactable Australian number, or an email which I can contact someone on. Thank you so much :)

If you read through the description of the tour it is actually the same thing. The buggy part of the tour only goes for 1 hour. The other part of the tour are covered by Yumi's tour buses.
