These people really know what they are doing! Being such a huge building, we never felt cramped until we reached the Mona Lisa. Had a snack in one of the cafes, delicious and fairly priced. I had the pleasure of having Pepe as our guide in Mexico, and he was absolutely fantastic! Pepe is incredibly funny, full of energy, and made our experience unforgettable with his sense of humor and knowledge. He kept us laughing and engaged the entire time, sharing fascinating stories and insights that made everything come alive. Pepe gave a thorough and excellent tour. We met a few blocks away from the tower for a later afternoon tour. I feel like we had many factors working in our favor like smaller crowds and great weather.
He stopped at different vantage points to give us a history of the tower, and even offered to take family photos.
We moved through several security checkpoints and he prompted us through those so we knew what to expect.
Pepe explained things at a comprehension level for everyone in our group, including a few children.
Because of his frequent tower visits, he was able to evaluate the crowd size on the various levels of the tower. He stopped us on a lower level and walked the perimeter of the observation deck to show us points of interest.
After that, he gave instructions for those who wished to ascend to the higher observation deck, and explained the process to descend.
I enjoyed his tour style, his humor and the variety of locations which offered incredible backdrops for pictures.

Excellent Sylvia explanation. And vigor enthusiasm...3 langs also qualified..merci..excellent... Unfortunately, the winds did not allow summit access; I recommend contacting Victor for partial refunds for the tickets that are expensive..there isn't a link to do direct so that a request will be made by phone upon return to the united states

Massively overpriced. As noted by other reviews, if you get separated from the guide during the elevator load in he will tell you that he will wait for you at the elevator exit on the 2nd floor but you will never see him again. It happened to 9 of the participants on our tour. Don’t be scared by the warnings of huge wait times. We did the 9pm tour and people could just walk up to the ticket counter. In addition, we had 4 people miss our tour. Consequently, once we were inside our guide was holding 4 unused tickets to the summit. He proceeded to just give them away to random people. I feel like he genuinely thought this was a nice gesture, but after paying as much as we did I was somewhat insulted. I don’t think our experience is any different to the other tours, what you are really just paying for is the security of knowing you have a ticket and won’t have to wait in line. It’s so crowded up there that the tour guide ceases to be able to guide after the tickets are scanned. He basically disperses tickets, shares a few factoids, walks you to the check in and that’s it. If you are prepared to swallow the cost to have the security of not risking the line, set your expectations low re the tour guide and you won’t be too let down.

The tickets.were.skip the line. We arrived at 1815 to meet our tour guide at 1830. Tour guide then waited until after 1900 because of a late arrival. Got into the Eiffel tower and then did not board the first lift to the 1st floor until after 2000. Then waited another 30 minutes to board the lift to the summit. DO NOT book this tour. It was NOT skip the line in any way. I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone unless you are absolutely desperate to get up the Eiffel tour and you cannot get tickets anywhere else

Do not book this tour! You can get tickets (and a guided tour to the top) for a fraction of the price by booking direct (just google Eiffel Tower tickets). We showed up to the meeting spot and were greeted by the “guide.” He handed us tickets, pointed to where we would need to wait in line (we had purchased the “skip the line” tickets…), and told the whole tour group that he wouldn’t be joining us on the tour because they were short-staffed. I get it. These things happen. But we paid a pretty hefty price just to be handed a ticket and pointed in the general direction of the line. Literally no further guidance was given. So much for the guided tour!

The tour guide (Raphael) was wonderful, and he gave us a lot of fun facts. We went straight to the elevator, so we were able to bypass the lines, at the entry.
My complaint is that we bought these tickets thinking that we were in front of the line throughout the tour when in fact his part it to only take us to the elevator at the bottom. Once we were on the 2nd floor, we have to switch elevators and the line to go to the very top and even more so to get back to the bottom, took a long time. We had an Uber scheduled to pick us up and I had to cancel, which cost €27, because we did not get down to the bottom until 30 minutes past the expected end time of this tour. Because we were so pressed for time, we barely enjoyed the summit of the tower once we realized the line to get back down would take 30 min. Either come with the expectation that you do not get in front of the line once you’re at the Eiffel Tower and/ or expect that the length is well over the allotted 90 min they tell you.

I was searching on the internet for different tours to make the most of my visit to Paris and I came across this one of the Eiffel Tower by chance, and I couldn't be happier.
Punctuality, knowledge and good attitude accompanied us at all times, led by our wonderful guide Sylvia, she made everything very simple and attractive.
I definitely recommend this tour if you are a history lover like me because the guide will know how to answer your questions and make you have an unforgettable time.

DO NOT BOOK! This company is a SCAM!!!! We were there and waited for a guide for 1.5 hours. Never showed! Called office was closed no communication. Met another family there with same bookings and were left scrambling as well.
Was charged 10x the actual cost to get the same group to the summit without a tour guide. Avoid this company and the headache!!!!

While I was glad to skip the initial line to enter the Eiffel Tour, I was disappointed that no other lines were able to be skipped. Our tour started at 9 pm, so by the time we were able to get in the line to board the second elevator to go to the summit, it was 10 pm. That line was well over an hour long and the Eiffel Tower staff do nothing to regulate the flow of the line—they were constantly changing the boundaries of the line, so people who had just arrived were going in to the middle of the line and many of us were pushed even farther back. And when I saw the cost of the regular ticket, I’m not sure it was worth skipping the line at the beginning. Additionally, we were charged for 4 adults, but we had an 11 and 13 year old with us, which falls under the lesser charge via the Eiffel Tower directly. Overall, I would not recommend this to a friend.
