      Disappointed Lunch Cruise
Due to the level of the river Ka Seine, the Lunch Cruise changed its route. Instead of sight seeing of Paris most beautiful buildings, the cruise went to the suburbs near Paris. The Lunch Cruise becomes boring et it provided absolutely no interest. The problem is Bateaux Parisiens didn't inform customers when they book the cruise. I don't recommend the Lunch Cruise nor the dining cruise. It's quite expensive but there's no interest with the sight seeing. It's very disappointed.

      Great activity in Paris
We booked the lunch cruise through Viator and it was an easy process. It’s also easy to find the boat, just across from the Eiffel Tower and down some steps. Unfortunately the day of our cruise the level of the Seine had risen so we were docked and offered the option of a refund. Due to only having a short time in Paris we decided to go and make the most of it and we are glad we did! We were given complimentary tickets for the other boat tour which was on as soon as we boarded. On entering we were made to feel very welcome and our waiting staff escorted us to our table. We book the privilege service and the window seat was beautiful even though we weren’t moving. The food was also high quality and the wine was flowing. We had a lovely experience and when we left joined the queue for the other cruise which was able to go ahead. We also highly recommend that! I imagine the night cruise would also be lovely and if we return to Paris we will probably book that next time!

      Absolutely amazing dining experience
Absolutely amazing food together with the best service, and stunning night time views of the city. Would definitely return and recommend anyone else to give it a try. Great for couples or groups also.

      Be aware
I arranged a surprise 72hr trip to Paris for my wife’s special birthday. Along with several other events I booked this cruise at the “ privilege “ level (circa £350!!) via Tripadvisor. Although a little pricey it was a nice evening, food/ waiters / singer were good, no complaints at all. At this level we received a few extra bits, with the main thing for me being a window table to ourselves. However the next table was less than 6” away, which was not a real problem, unless you are unfortunate enough to have some brash, loud and inconsiderate Americans on this table, two of who in their group simply loved the sound of their own voice! They were so loud, conversation between us was nigh on impossible, and at the end of the evening the “gentleman“ in their party had the audacity to to say he hoped they hadn’t spoiled our evening too much. It wasn’t delivered with a great deal of sincerity and he was, of course, put right. Not really the operator’s fault, however at this price point maybe consider a different venue if you don’t want the risk of being sat next to such inconsiderate individuals, and want to spend a special evening with your partner of 40+ years! Visit 8.30pm - 14/03/24

      Not a good choice.
A vastly overrated, overcrowded, incomplete tour on a very outdated boat. After waiting on a long and slow line, we got on board to find out that the Audio Guide system they tout was not functional at all. So this was basically an abbreviated float along the Seine, without any idea what I was looking at, on a boat that clearly had seen many years of better days. (Abbreviated due to high water on the Seine) A thoroughly forgettable waste of time. I feel sure you can do better if you want a river cruise that is actually worthy of your time and money.

      Nice experience
It was a wonderful tour along the Seine, a delicious dinner with beautiful views. When they returned, it was already dark and everything around began to be illuminated, the Eiffel Tower was especially beautiful

      Very crowded
It was nice to see Paris from a boat. It was extremely crowded and hard to find a decent seat. Long line to get in. Kind of a cattle call.

More wine than we could drink !
The boat trip was only marred by the heavy rain that day which meant we could not go up river. We were given some discount token that was of little use to us. Food was excellent and more wine than we could drink. Staff friendly and accommodating. .

      Our golden anniversary celebrations
The food was amazing. Had a lovely server, Judith. They all work very hard to keep to a schedule, although it's not rushed. Did the lunchtime cruise, as when booking the dinner time I was offered was too late(about 8-8.30) but they do an earlier evening dinner at 6.15. The cruise was good too, taking in many sites. Was a special day for us and it was a memorable experience.

Nice date night on the river cruise!
The experience was lovely. We enjoyed the music and atmosphere. The food and wine were okay. The selections could be improved but I liked the scallop appetizer!

Do it, if you have extra time
The boat ride and food were OK. It was an experience that I'm glad I did however I wouldn't do it a second time. And if given the chance, I would use the money to splurge on a more upscale experience.

      Pleasant enough
I'd intended to do this in the evening but it was a bit chilly due to the wind so we left it until next day early evening whilst still light. I think this may have been the better choice anyway as we could clearly see out/through the windows or step onto the narrow side deck for photos and it wasn't over-busy. The sightseeing cruise was an option with the Paris Pass, which we had to show and exchange for tickets at the booth before heading to the pier. Their stated timetable seemed to be about half an hour adrift, so to speak, but it wasn't an excessive wait and we were near the front of the line. Unfortunately, there was no option to sit on the roof deck - closed off due to high river levels - and this also meant that the cruise stopped before the Ile de la Cite and turned around instead of going around the islands, presumably due to bridge clearance issues. Of course, this wasn't communicated until we were on board so was a bit disappointing. There are on-board audio guides but I found them a bit cumbersome and commentary dropped in and out and wasn't particularly engaging so I gave up on it after a couple of goes. Nevertheless, it was pleasant to see things from a different angle with plenty of photo ops and a very smooth ride. It's right by the Eiffel Tower and we headed across the way after to the Trocadero for some evening photos. Generally, I felt the need to be quite vigilant around these areas.

First off the service was great and ambiance very cool. It ends there though.

For the price this is just not worth it. We did the Premier thinking it would be better as well. Food was not very good at all. The chicken and sauce was the best part I would say.

Did not get to do the whole tour because the water was to high we were told. No money Back though but a free sight seeing tour given to use within a year. Being from the states not likely to use.

Again service and people great but not worth the 222 per person. Would not suggest it.

We booked this before we left England and was a little apprehensive. But we shouldn't of worried, it was amazing.

You was made to feel special as soon as you for on the boat, the staff serving you where friendly and always smiling.
Food order taken and 10 minutes later food arrived, the food was fantastic.
The only downfall for me was if you don't like wine then it's water.
