Terrible tour especially for the kids. We could barely hear the kids tour guide over the boat noise and the adult tour guide who speaks upstairs while the kids tour is based down stairs. Tour guide constantly switches between languages which makes it hard for the kids to follow. At times the monument being discussed was out of view by the time the guide spoke in the relevant language so we missed looking at the relevant details. I do not recommend this tour.

The cruise was great. The translation of the scenic into english by the tour guide was exceptional. I highly recommend this tour.

It was an amazing experience. My family and I really enjoyed the tour. Very relaxing. Make sure to pack sunnies and hat!!

went on the family tour expecting it to be a kid friendly tour. We learned nothing. The seats were all taken on top the boat and we could not see anything the guide was talking about and he was talking so far we could hardly understand. It was not talked about in a way a child could understand and there was supposed to be some "diploma' for kids at the end, there was not. It was a very disappointing hour and we were happy to get off.

loved this boat ride. We took the 7:30 ride with a choice of wine or beer (champagne was an additional charge). There was no narration but it was amazing to see life along the seine. Boat wasn’t too big (unlike many of the others we saw). Get there 20 - 30 mins early so you get a seat on top.

The 1 hour afternoon cruise takes in all the major sights along the river which gives great photo opportunities. The guide was good if at times inaudible and could only be heard downstairs so my advcse is to go upstairs for the best views.

We opted for the night cruise with music and were so happy with our experience! I wondered at first if the lack of guide commentary would make it not worthwhile, but actually it let us focus on vibes rather than facts which is a very nice way to spend an evening, especially with one's partner. The seine is lit up with lovely yellow lighting, and even the boat lit up with fairy lights as the tour went on! It was beautiful. At the start of our tour the Eiffel Tower sparkled, so the timing is just right for catching the lights starting. It rained and was a bit windy while we were up there, but we came prepared with waterproof ponchos and Scottish stubbornness and had a great time all the same. But if you don't feel like sitting in the rain, you can take shelter underneath and pop up for photos, plenty of people did just that. I would recommend arriving in plenty of time and double checking to make sure you have the right port - there are a few competing companies very close to each other and we saw one unlucky pair get told they were at the wrong one! It pays to arrive early anyway because then you get early choice of seats, which I am sure makes a big difference in the high tourist season. Found this tour on Get Your Guide, but I am sure it is available on other sites too.

This evening cruise was shortened stopping just before reaching Isle de Cite so we were not able to see anything on that side of the river. Should have scheduled when the full tour was available. Never-the-less, the sites were amazing as they lit up at night. Two things detracted from the tour: 1) the upper deck was ridiculously over crowded and the rows of chairs placed so close together that there was almost no leg room. Despite that, people kept coming and pushed themselves into every chair jamming our knees and feet in the process. 2) the 'lounge singer' music certainly didn't add to the ambience and the speakers were placed so that they couldn't be avoided. The crowd of people on board were loud, and apparently felt a need to use every underpass as an opportunity for howling and hooting during the entire length. Huh? Will probably try another tour operator next time after checking reviews.

We booked a boat trip for new year, only to have it cancelled as we were boarding our flight to Paris. The reality is that we booked this because things get booked up on new year, so cancelling it just before is ludicrous. They blamed a “blackout”, which is ridiculous 48 hours before the event. Don’t bother booking - they can’t be trusted and will leave you with nothing to do at a busy time. Absolute joke.

Informational tour took exactly 1 hour went up and down the river very thorough information. Location was easy to find and very convenient from Eiffel Tower area. We had our tickets on the iPhone so checking in was a breeze. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this tour.

I did not like this tour. I went to learn about the city, but the sound quality was so poor I only heard 10% of the presentation.

Wonderful boat ride down the Seine. It was both in English and French. It was a great way to see the sights of Paris from a different angle.

The tour guide was very informative and provided a good back drop to a panoramic Paris late afternoon and early evening. A very relaxing cruise away from the busy traffic of Paris.

Great tour of Paris on the River, Great english speaking guide, sadly didn't give us much infos on the buildings we saw, we had to get our tour guide out to understand. Still a good morning out

We were unsure of selecting the 7 hour experience, but are delighted that we so did. Had we not done this we would probably have focused more on the building rather than the grounds. Momo was an outstanding guide who moved quickly and has a effervescent personality. He expertly shared with us these amazing grounds. Bravo Momo!
