About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- bt2285100 contributionsQuick access into the LouvreOur guides Monty and Elsa were really helpful! We were late because our flight arrived late, but Monty was very accommodating and got us in when others didn't turn up. Getting into the Louvre was easy with no queue, allowing us precious time to view all the exhibits. Mona Lisa didn't disappoint. Monty also pointed us in the direction of all the important exhibits and helped us navigate the maze. It was a great day out! Thanks Monty!Written 17 March 2024
- Z9994IQjessieh0 contributionsGreat location, not great guideThe location is amazing and well worth the long bus ride. Full of fun little shops and great restaurants, not to mention the history! The tour guide was not worth it, in my opinion. She presented everything in both Spanish and English and, at the cost and with the numbers present, there certainly could have been separate guides for each language. She did not speak English all that well and most of her commentary seemed very stream of thought, rather than rehearsed, making for a lot of info dumping, lost sentences and generally difficult to understand presentation. Were I to do it again, I would get the same trip only without the guided tour aspect. Tip: They jam pack the busses so arrive early for a good seat. Also be aware that there are over 250 steps to get to the monastery, so that could be difficult for those with mobility issues, but there's a good part of the town that can be explored with minimal steps.Written 10 March 2024
- melissamaloufm0 contributionsThe palace was rushed and minimally seen. The Monet portion of this tour was fantastic. I enjoyed walking the grounds where Monet lived and painted. The place was rushed and we skipped most of the inside of the palace. We were really disappointed that the guide had us wait outside for over an hour in the heat and then rushed the palace in 30 minutes.Written 25 February 2024
- Camper5989590 contributionsEducational and Nice TourIt was a good tour. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. I wish that he was a little more humorous at times. He was very serious and it felt like more of a college lecture versus a tour. But other than that, he was cool guide. Nice educational tour. Merci!Written 21 February 2024
- 664y5650 contributionsBad food for the priceFood was not very good and was crammed in like cattle. Service was slow with alot of waiting around before the show. The actual show was excellentWritten 18 February 2024
- Christina V0 contributionsReally happy with what we booked.Really happy with what we booked. Out on a limb really hoping we booked something good. Very happy with our choice. A little pricy but worth it. Booked this trip for our first night in Paris. To see the look on my 11 year olds face when we turned a corner and the Eiffel Tower came into view! The food was delicious, even the kids menu. Waiters were very professional. Singer was very good too. Highlight of our Paris trip.Written 16 February 2024

- romanpC2461PL0 contributionsWonderful tour to Versailles! The guide provided an excellent experience, offering abundant information not easily obtained independently. The added benefit of group entrance saved us from the lengthy admission queue. Despite the tour's cost being slightly higher than regular admission, it is unquestionably a worthwhile investment.Written 5 February 2024
- Inspire675488256920 contributionsFabulous CancanThe greatest cabaret of all time. The show was amazing. Food was good. Of course we had our champagne during the show and dining. It was spectacular. We did not expecting the show this colourful, full of talent, beautifully crafted and performed. Check out their menu selection upon your rsvp or via the website.Written 3 February 2024
- Joy S0 contributionsJoint tourI joined the cruise with dinner, then the sightseeing of Paris and end up show of Moulin Rouge. Unfortunately I hurt my foot when off from the cruise. I like to thank the driver Anthony who had been extremely helpful. Brought me to the pharmacy shop so I could fix the foot right away. Is a good experience joining this tour. As is cheaper than join it one by one separately. Having dinner in ship cross the river is a kind of relax.Written 1 February 2024
- Georgios D0 contributionsRecommended tour with MontyMonty was great . He was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend him as a tour guide. When we are next time in Paris we will for sure do the other city tours.Written 28 January 2024
- 215brents0 contributionsGreat way to enjoy the sights while getting a good meal. What a great way to see the beauty lining the river while giving your feet a rest. The food was good; the scallop appetizer was the best. The service was good. Being that it was January and cold outside it was nice to be enclosed. We would definitely recommend it. As tourists who hustling to see as much as possible we didnt do many sit down meals so this was a great way to sit and eat a good meal while enjoying the sights. Things to consider: -The boat departs promptly on time. We watched a family running towards but the boat had already left. So give yourself plenty of time to get there and not be rushed. -The chocolate Eiffel Tower was ok but the caramel desert was far better -The only thing we were not fond of is the photographers taking pictures were done taking pics before we reached the Eiffel Tower. Had the boat paused for a couple minutes there they could have sold a lot more photos. Because of that we did not buy the photo package; the photos did not highlight where we were.Written 27 January 2024

- ericrO6109CU0 contributionsGreat Organization and Smooth ExperienceFun trip with a great tour to see key sights in Normandy. The organizers did a great job planning for stops along the trip out to the coast for bio breaks. The host gave great context about the battle on the travel, and insightful tours at each location we visited.Written 18 January 2024

It was a great package with great flexibility. We walked right into the museum without waiting in line. The cruise was open until 10:00 pm and the tickets were flexible on which day you went. There was a long line for the cruise and we waited almost an hour. I would recommend this package

We loved the architecture and the gardens. We spent about six hours inside The Louvre and still didn't see everything. It was a fantastic experience and very thought provoking.
The food was also of a very high quality. All the staff were very helpful.
We found it quite tricky to navigate the map.
Although we didn't do it, a guided tour would be recommended.
We also enjoyed our cruise on the Seine later that evening. It was very relaxing and a great way to see some of the landmarks from a different perspective.

There was no skipping the line or cruise. We were not given an option and their advise for skipping the line was to sneak in from the sides. You are paying extra for nothing. Just buy a normal ticket.

Labeling this a “tour” and “skip the line” of the Louvre is misleading. The cost was over $50 more per person than simply purchasing your tickets online. The guide walked us quickly (as in almost lost part of the group) through where everyone was checking in (no skip the line here) to where we waited in another line to see the Mona Lisa. This was the extent of the “tour” she didn’t describe anything about the museum and was in a rush to leave us after the 10 minutes she was with us. Also..and MOST IMPORTANT! You were NOT allowed to exit the museum and come back in. You never received a physical ticket. There were very few dining options in the museum proper, so this limited our lunch options.

A super experience dealing with the team. We unfortunately could not visit the Museum due to some official visit, but the team handled the whole issue very professionally. We did the cruise and that was a breeze.
What stands out for us is the way the team handled my refund. They took all the trouble to understand my specific issue (had lost my card) and were sensitive and willing to figure out a solution. A special mention to Laura who is just excellent to deal with. Thank you Yevette (hope your name is spelt correctly) and Eva.
A professional and client oriented firm. Thank you.

Thought we were going to skip the Mona Lisa line and wasn’t clear with what was happening. We were just brought to the area where the painting is and that was unclear. We also went on a bad day and there were so many people it was uncomfortable and impossible to enjoy the experience. Waste of money.

Your operator spends way too much time lecturing instead of showing through the vast museums
Great museum but too much wasted time talking about statues and wasting time which could have been spent looking around
Better value doing self guided tour

On the first day it was impossible to enter without reservation. The reservation was necessary almost everywhere at museums. At Orsay we aspected 2 hours in the rain. At Saint Chapel same thing. So I reserved for Fontainebleau by internet. Excellent museum and very good day, but the reservation was not useful, almost nobody was there. For the Louvre, after few days I made a reservation on internet. It was very necessary. I must confess I have seen this museum in 30 years at least 20 times. Any time I have discovered new things, the Louvre museum is the best in the world.

I bought museum and cruise tickets and got no instructions where to meet the group. Never found them, nor was my ticket valid for entering the museum. A total waste of time and money.

Hello,
Does this also include admission to see the Mona Lisa? I read that it requires a separate reservation.

Same as other comments. My advice is to go to the Mona Lisa first and go to the Louvre early in the morning so you have plentiful time there. It will take awhile to see her with the long lines.

Bonjour,
