Laetitia was a great tour guide! She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, funny, and kept up a steady stream of facts about wine, the appellations, terroirs, and even about Bordeaux and some French history! The two wineries we went to were great — both unique experiences where you could learn a lot. They weren’t the “Classification officielle des vins de Bordeaux de 1855,” but I suspect they’re better value and I would definitely recommend this tour.

Our wine tour was amazing!! We went to 3 different Château in Pomerol and Saint Emilion. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very kind. Highly recommended.

A good trip, you get a short time in the village, the visit to the Chateau ( ours was Chateau Bellevue) was interesting and we got 4 excellent wines to taste. Our guide, Maud, was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English.

Laetitia was fantastic! My husband and I have been on several vineyard tours, although never one in France. We learned more on this tour than in all the others combined! Laetitia is knowledgeable, fun, and overall an excellent tour guide. She gave us a walking tour of the center of Saint Emilion before we visited a vineyard, where she provided the information about the process of making wine and about the wines we tasted. It was a wonderful afternoon!

This trip was wonderful! Matis was a great guide and gave us all the information we could think of to ask about wine, Bordeaux and St emilion. Chateau Bellevue was beautiful and st emilion was charming

Probably the most disappointing wine tour I've had in the 5 countries and over 40 wineries we've visited. All due to a very poor guide who acted more like a driver than experienced upbeat wine guide. Ophorus was the tour operator and the day before we had the best experience in Saint Emillion with Karim and this one laid an egg. Even the wineries that were picked on the left bank touted their merlot when the region is know for Cabernet Sauvignon as the primary blending grape. A more experience upbeat guide would have saved this tour.

A most delightful tour with Karim. He was a fountain of information and kept us engaged with stories, history and at the end,... a test on the way back from the wineries. He was a 11 out of 10. We've been to 5 counties tasting wine and this one was on top.

Would 100% NOT recommend this tour. We are very unsatisfied and upset with our tour. (Not including the tour guide who was lovely). For €150 you get to go to one winery, you taste 4 wines (you do not get extra even if you ask) and then you get to explore the gorgeous village of Saint Emilion for 25 minutes…not enough time to get a bite to eat or shop in the beautiful stores. We thought we’d see 2-3 wineries or at least taste a few more wines. Absolutely horrible.

Karim was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable and engaging. His quiet humor kept us laughing. We learned much about regional wines, the appellations and classes. The tour of St. Emilion was interesting with many delightful suggestions for lunch. We played a super fun wine game on the way home. Lots of fun, would highly recommend this tour.

Great experience. Just what we wanted. We booked this small group (8 people) tour to St Emilión and Chateau Bellevue on August 21 through the Bordeaux office of tourism. Modern and comfortable van. We were lucky to have Anne as our driver and guide. She was very kind, very knowledgeable and made us all feel at ease. Thank you Anne for all your efforts to make this a most enjoyable experience .

Fabulous half day wine tour with lots of history provided and time to walk at Emilion on our own. I highly recommend for those short on time.

Really interesting tour with time to explore St Emillion as well as visiting vineyards and tasting wine from the region

It was nice to see the village and the country side of Bordeaux, something different away from the city. Tour guide was very nice as well. Do not expect to get your fill of wine though, I'd say no more than a glass and a half in total each over 3 or 4 hours. A cheese board shared amongst eight people too. I really can't see where your €105 goes. Not worth doing in my honest opinion. You would be better off renting a car or a driver and heading out yourself. No more than 20 mins to explore the village as well. Just not a value for money. Everyone in the group agreed, the amount of wine on offer was pitiful.
