Prepaid for the tour, sent two messages to the tour operator that went unanswered. Arrived 20 minutes early and no one was at the business and the doors were locked, lights off. We left 5 minutes after our tour was set to start as no one was present. Tried receiving a refund and tour operator claimed they were there. Untruthful.

So much fun. A Great way to see the city of Bordeaux. Loved it all. The guide taught us so well how to maneuver ourselves through the inner city. We learnt a lot.

We showed up on time for our 11:30 am tour. After hearing a lot of yelling in French they told us the tour was cancelled. They said TripAdvisor opened the time slot for them. They did refund us and offer a tour the following day, but we will be gone. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

1 hour with Axel getting the bearings and information around beautiful Bordeaux. Gave us the confidence then to use the scooters around bordeaux. Loved this trip

The tour started out a bit rocky — the Company had moved its location the day before and did not update its website or call or text. Luckily, a woman on the street typed in the new address. Once we arrived, we were unable to navigate the e-scooters on the busy streets of Bordeaux. The guide quickly substituted e-bikes and gave us a full two hour tour. We saw much of the city we would not have seen on our own. The Company is very eager to please and very accommodating. I would give them a try!

Trip didn’t take place as we turned up but they weren’t aware we were coming. The two people were very friendly and tried to help but their boss wasn’t in so he told them over the phone that it wasn’t possible to do today. They took my contact details to refund me.

A quick insight and history of the city. Perfect start to the holiday to get to know the surroundins. Thank you very much.

Quite informative, although the guide didn't introduce himself, didn't ask our names, English wasn't that great

Our friendly guide Rafael shared some interesting historical facts about Bordeaux in just the right amount of detail. The Segway experience was amazing having never ridden one before I was surprised by the level of manoeuvrability I had.

Highly recommend a Segway tour to explore Bordeaux. Our guide Raphael was excellent and shared lots of history and stories with us. Saw more of the city than we would have on foot or by tram. Well organised and pleasant friendly staff.

The tour was really nice! Our guide, Lula, went the extra mile to please us, and told us a few legends of the city as well as so many interesting facts The segways were pretty safe! Great experience!

It was on the website as an option however, it was not open. Someone in the shop called them and they said they are not coming. Had to call for a refund. We were looking forward to the experience

If I could give this tour company a lower rating I would, but wanted to share my experience. They sent us the wrong (their old) address the day before, then when we called from that address wondering where they were, received no apology but an expectation that we would just jump in a taxi or walk half an hour to their new location. We could not reschedule as we only had limited time in Bordeaux and other bookings, which I explained to the customer service person. This was very disappointing for me and my family as we were so looking forward to this tour. I have asked twice for a refund but have received a rude response to my first request and my second has been ignored. Don’t waste your money on these guys.

The was no bike tour. This is my honest feedback. I booked the tour via trip advisor for me and my friend. I send the e-ticket and went the the location specified. However the vendor was not aware of our booking and we did not receive a bike tour.
