Full-Day Tour of the Dingle Peninsula, Slea Head, and Inch Beach
US$32.15
Overview
Eliminate the need to rent a car with this full-day tour of the Dingle Peninsula, including stops at Inch Beach and Slea Head. The roads through this scenic area are narrow and winding and the scenery is stunning, so you'll be glad to have a driver focusing on the road. Highlights include the historically Irish-speaking Dingle Town, the stone huts at the Gallarus Oratory, and the famous surf spot at Inch Beach.
What to Expect
Meet your coach in central Killarney for pickup. Settle in to a comfortable seat and get your camera ready for the dozens of photo ops of the dramatic scenery headed your way. With a professional driver navigating, you are free to focus on the views during this windy drive on narrow roads around the Dingle Peninsula.

Pass Inch Beach, a wind-swept peninsula popular with surfers and kite-flyers, on the way to charming Dingle Town, where you'll have some free time to wander on your own. This primarily Irish-speaking hamlet has plenty of great places for lunch (own expense) and a lovely harbor for a walk.

Back on the bus, head for Slea Head, the most westerly point in Europe; and the outlying Blasket Islands. On the return trip to Killarney, make a stop at the Gallarus Oratory, considered the best-preserved early Christian church in Ireland.
