      Night trip to Devil's Pulpit
Ferenc was very nice and welcoming person , he made sure that we were safe through the whole trip , he was very helpful when he dropped us close to our place on our way back. The trip was something else, very halloweenish , although I don't recommend to take that trip at night otherwise you will miss all the details. The driving was a bit reckless , for a person with motion sickness it would not be the best thing.

A very disappointing family outing -- never again
Our family of seven took DreamChaser Adventurers tour along with one other gentleman. Our driver instructed us into the van, acting like he was in a great hurry. He drove recklessly at high speeds on rain soaked roads, increasing the impression that he was in a "rush" to be somewhere else. He never told us his name until I asked him upon arriving at the Wheel. He said it was "Fennants" like tenants? He gave us little information at either sight. He acted like he was doing us a big favor by letting us stay to watch the wheel rotate. He gave us only 25 minutes at the Kelpies and then rushed us back to the starting point and dumped us off 1 hour before the tour was supposed to end. The Trip Advisor website clearly states it is a 4 hour tour https://www.tripadvisor.com/AttractionProductReview-g186534-d19495044-Visit_the_Two_Most_Iconic_Landmarks_of_Scotland-Glasgow_Scotland.html The other complainants were misinformed, the advertisement did not include the opportunity to ride the wheel. Though there were other positive reviews for other drivers who were named we did not have this information before we signed up in order to request one of them. Our conclusion: It would have been cheaper, less stressful and better quality to have booked an Uber and bought a Tour book.

      whistle stop tour
I think the guides last job was as F1 racing driver. Make sure you strap in!! The visit to the Kelpies involved a brisk 20 minute walk there and back - unfortunately I dont do brisk 40 minute walks anymore - all to save ÂŁ3 by not using the official [nearer] car park. This is not a leisurely trip. Felt I was being hurried along all the time. Probably cheaper to take a black cab from Glasgow It would have been nice if the boat trip at the Falkirk wheel had been included

Driver knew nothing for very pricy tour
Hungarian driver told us he knew nothing about either of these sites. Di d not allow for time to ride the Falkirk wheel. Very pricy tour and very disappointing. Would not recommend this tour at all.

      Disappointing
We were rushed at The Kelpies. We were given 45 minutes to walk quite a distance to see them and walk back again. No time to go to gift shop or inspect The Kelpies properly.

Would have liked to have had more time at each landmark.
Driver was very polite and pleasant but we felt rushed. We were given only 45 minutes to see Kelpies and we had a long walk there and back.

      Unforgettable Experience!
We were on a waitlist for May 5 (Regal Princess) and luckily were able to reserve a tour. Service and communication were great from start to finish and we want to recognize Karen for making the tour truly unforgettable! She was very informative and funny! .

A hidden gem, check it out.
I needed a burst of excitement for my trip to Glasgow. Something unusual I would otherwise have missed. I got that here, with an exciting trip to nature at dusk. For 2 hours I was physically and mentally somewhere else. I would recommend it.

      Such a Unique Experience
My friend surprised me with this adventure and I must admit this was once in a lifetime experience. I never ever was curious before visiting a forest at night time in the dark, but now I understand what I missed out on. We drove through some dark narrow country roads which had already an eerie feeling to it, but then we arrived to the forest and went on foot. The guide gave us some pretty powerful head torches which made things easier to navigate between the trees. The exciting part started when we had to descend into a gorge in the dark. It gave me a fright first when I saw the downward route but our guide was super experienced in terms of showing us every single and I mean Every single step. Like he knew the place with closed eyes or something. It was just so cool. Once we arrived to the gorge, you could hear the water gushing down between the rocks and just the sheer silence that went with it. We walked through the water barefooted and we spotted some really interesting looking fish, almost looked like a group of tiny eels. The biggest surprise of all was hearing some squeaky sounds and then some really cute otters appeared out of nowhere. I couldn’t believe my eyes! I would have never of thought seeing so many wildlife in the middle of the night. So so worth it ! I can highly recommend it as it is such a unique experience. Thank you and I hope to come back in the future.

      Phenomenal Experience
We had the best time! The drive was pleasant and we drove though beautiful Scottish countryside scenery. The hike starts out going across some fields where we could see the waterfall in the distance. Ferenc pointed out heather and grouse during our trail. The hike was fantastic, the views spectacular and the air was fresh and clean. Ferenc's expertise was appreciated as he guided us down the trail to the base of the waterfall. He checked things out by going ahead and then coming back and telling us what we would do to be most safe. He gave us step by step directions when climbing down part of the waterfall and I always felt safe, even though it seemed very challenging at times. Ferenc will take many amazing photos of you on this lovely adventure. It was by far the most fun and one of a kind experience I have had in the UK. I will definitely do this again and highly recommend Ferenc wherever her is available.

      Out of this World Experience
I just attended this Experience and I must admit it was something that I have never ever experienced quite like this. Even though you are in a swimming pool, being able to discover breathing underwater for the first time, it really shakes your world. First, your mind keeps telling you that it cannot be done, so you feel like you don’t want to let go the side of the pool and your comfort zone, but with the help of Ferenc, the Instructor, you gradually gain confidence and sink beneath the surface. The feeling is indescribable, the way your body becomes almost weightless, the calm feeling of hearing and watching the bubbles floating in front of your eyes. I learnt a lot and I mean a lot during these couple hours ! At the end I felt like a different person and I cannot wait to become a scuba diver and discover the magic of the Seas. I will for sure start my Scuba Diving course in the near future. Amazing Experience, Instructor and I will be back for more !

      Definitely recommended, very unique Experience
This was an amazing experience. The host was very polite, picked me and my friend up in the city centre. We felt like VIPs travelling in a black Mercedes minibus. Although the route to the site goes through mostly on a highway, we thoroughly enjoyed the ride, was not too fast, so we could still gaze out to the passing fields dotted with grazing animals. Once we arrived, we went for a three hour walk in the forest, alongside the Clyde river bank. The walk is quite easy as there’s a path that you are following and Ferenc pointed out some beautiful flowers and interesting moss formations alongside the path. We stopped at several lookouts to take some beautiful photos of the waterfalls on the river. Ferenc offered to take some amazing photos from different angles, with the waterfall behind us. He was very knowledgeable about the area, took us to the other side of the river where not a lot of people go to so we could even have a better view of the area. We had some interesting conversations with him, about Scotland, the Experiences he does, his travels and of course, the scuba diving he has done around the world. He is a very interesting person to spend the afternoon with. Very energetic and friendly personality. Feels like you have known him for a while, which made the Experience even more enjoyable. The place he takes you to is just breathtaking, definitely worth a visit which we couldn’t have done it on our own, not without a car for sure. Hope to go to one of his other Experiences in the future.

Can be done on your own
I hesitated to write a review because the operator of this tour is clearly a hard-working person but I do have concerns about this tour. 1) The guide climbed the guardrail at a scenic lookout over a rapids portion of the river and while straddling it, first encouraged me to do the same, then when I declined to do so, offered to take the photo himself, only coming down when I walked away. 2) The driving was fast, aggressive with abrupt stops, failing to attend to the flow of traffic. Nausea inducing. 3) The guide kept trampling on plants and roots that were off the beaten path, explaining that he was searching for wood suitable to make a slingshot. This didn't seem consistent with the spirit of a hike at a "UNESCO Heritage and Wildlife Reserve". 4) The timing of the tour is awkward, as it starts so late that the shops and museum at the site are closed upon arrival and upon return to Glasgow, it is late for dinner. The tour guide was also unable to answer any of the questions I had about the region. It wasn't so much a tour as a walk on a trail beside a river with a friendly, enthusiastic complete stranger. Overall, I felt as though this tour operator could benefit from apprenticing with an existing tour operator to learn the safety and ecology standards of the industry. You're better off taking the bus out and doing this hike on your own timing and at your own pace.

This was such a great morning, despite the rain! I'm a solo traveler and he still ran the trip, for just me. I am beyond impressed by that because that is rare. He was so safety conscious the whole way, pointing out risky areas, providing a helping hand when necessary, guiding my footing (it was very muddy and slippery), and offering suggestions, but never pressuring me. Honestly, I really appreciate his care. There are natural risks to the area, but I felt in great hands
Side note, wear appropriate clothing. I had skater shoes and jeans, which were ok, but Noth the greatest. I could have used some better grip... It is listed in "things to bring" but I didn't actually have anything with me on this trip.
First off, pick-up was super easy. He showed up at the located, checked to make sure I was the right person.
We drove to the obscure entrance, parked, and started. It was empty which was so nice and peaceful. Such a beautiful area. The water is a rich red-burgundy color. Due to the high water levels, we weren't able to cross the water, but I appreciate his candidates about safety. It was beautiful all the same.
He offered to drop me off near the church on the way back so that I could further enjoy sight-seeing which was also appreciated.
At the time of travel, after Covid, I was not in my best shape, and yet, this was fine. It's not some crazy hike or anything.
(Yes, you could go to this area on your own, but having someone who knows the spots and the safety, is priceless. I don't suggest tourists going on their own because you can see the areas that people were dumb. There are 2 entrances and if you go to the easier one, your views are not as good and more dangerous. I've traveled all over the world, and done many hikes on my own. I'm glad I went with a guide.)

We did this excursion in a cold month and for the reason of likely having few participants other than ourselves; we were spot on. There were two of us and we had a great time exploring the Devils Pulpit. We were given time to take pictures, our guide took pictures for us with our phone, and we were given opportunity to ask questions. The trip was instructed with great safety. Ferenac does drive fast but I never felt endangered and was happy for prompt transport. He even dropped us off at Gllascow Chapel and Necropolis on the way back to the meeting point. We would definitely take this adventure again. Thanks!!!

We drove from Inverness to Perth for the Highland Games. Additionally, at the same time was an international music competition of bagpipe bands.
The whole park was a music festival. And the strong women and men did their utmost in the primordial sports such as trunk throwing.

Wear hiking shoes. Teenagers can get away with sneakers with good tread. Adults need hiking shoes. The mud and the steps down are rickety.

Great experience. We did not wade into the thigh high water to get to the beach with the pulpit, but 2 others on the tour did. Freezing water in the summer. You take off shoes, pull up your pants past your thighs and hold on to each other to get through. Exciting! Beautiful area. Do not try without a tour guide as you can't see the bottom. Would do again.

Such a brilliant tour! Our guide was very informative and made sure we were very safe! Beautiful views and luckily quite quiet when we went! Deffo recommend getting your feet wet and getting really involved in the tour (the water was low so it only came to our ankles but it can rise)

We had a great time on this hike. We went on this hike as part of our annual girls (family) trip and the stairs down were a little much for our mother, but she enjoyed the views from above. Would caution anyone with even slightly limited mobility or dexterity that it will be a challenge. My sister and I had a great time going into the gorge and wading through the water to get great photos of the waterfall. Ferenc was a great guide and showed us how to do everything safely as it can be very slippery.

Awesome hike, not so far from City Centre. Tour guide was friendly and very clear about which path to cross. Without tour guide, it would be easy to get injured if you don’t know the area. The scenery is breathtaking and worth the hike, however I did not cross the river as it was too cold and didn’t have the right clothes. So if you want to cross the river, keep in mind to wear the right clothes (gloves too, as you will be grabbing thing climbing down). Overall, a really nice experience and would go again!

Beautiful location not too far outside of the city. Our guide knew the area very well.
He took us to some amazing spots and was very helpful with taking photos etc.
He seemed to be in a hurry to get there and get back when driving. When we were at the site though, he did take his time. Total trip took a 3-4 hours

A fantastic day trip. Beautiful views, a great walk/climb/wade to and through the gorge to see the devils pulpit. Our guide was absolutely there for us making sure we didn’t put a foot in the wrong place. I would not try this site without a guide. We saw others wandering not knowing where the only trail down is. Several people followed our group. If you are infirm this is not a trip for you.

This hike was absolutely beautiful. You do need to have the ability to hike down a steep slope/old stone steps. Proper shoes are a must.
