Overview
St. Andrews, lying in a far corner of eastern Scotland, beckons with beautiful coastline and medieval history. On this full-day sightseeing tour from Edinburgh, take the scenic route to St. Andrews through traditional Fife towns including Anstruther, Pittenweem, and St. Monans. Travel in comfort by air-conditioned bus from central Edinburgh with your guide and enjoy beautiful views over coastal Scotland—with free time to explore at your leisure.
What to Expect

Board your bus in central Edinburgh in the morning, then begin your full-day tour as you head across the Forth Rail Bridge into the Kingdom of Fife.

Along the way, pause to enjoy sweeping views over the Firth of Forth.Pass traditional Fife fishing and mining villages including St. Monans and Pittenweem, and stop in pretty Anstruther to explore the coastal town on foot. In the nearby village of Crail, gain insight into the role fishing plays in the local community.

In historic St. Andrews, enjoy lunch (own expense) and around three hours of free time to explore at your leisure. Stroll along medieval streets to the charming harbor, take in the sea air on a beach walk, and visit the castle or cathedral ruins.

En route back to Edinburgh, drive through the Lomond Hills and past natural attractions such as Loch Leven, then over the UNESCO-listed Forth Bridge. Your tour ends at your original departure point in central Edinburgh.

We recommend

Stuart was a very good guide, good driver (no accidents ;) ), gave us a lot of interesting facts about Scotland. It would have been better if there was another driver, so we could have more interaction with Stuart. We still highly recommend Tiberbush.More
