Had a voucher for set menu which was a Christmas gift. Felt like we were rushed in and out due to being on a voucher. Not given time to order a drink so ended up with a fanta when I would have ordered a cocktail if given time. Felt pressured to order food as quick as possible. Food was good. As soon as I put cutlery down plates taken away and order for deserts demanded. Not asked if we wanted another drink. I asked and was ignored so we left. Food was very good but service really let it down and wasn’t the nice experience I was thinking it would be. Really felt like our custom was not welcome

The food here was really enjoyable and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, so many things to see. The food and service was good. Would recommend.

WE arrived at the reception desk aroud 6 PM thurday 31 of october. No queue, nobody waiting. We were greeted with a "Did you reserved?" pronouced with the same kind of tone of voice used to prevent ordinary people from entering VIP-only establishments. I'm just arriving from Belgium, eat in many hard rock cafe and other hamburgers places in many different countries and I never had in my life to reserve for a fast food meal. So answer is "no". Sorry sir, we are full! Maybe we can come later? No full for the all night! But you have another Hard Rock 10 minutes walking. OK, we go for it. Do they ask to reserve too? I don't know... 20 minutes of walking after, we was greeted exactly the same way. Nobody waiting, looks like full of empty places inside, but no way without reservation! So I'm sending this message to Hard Rock London management : calm down, you are just a fast food selling middle quality hamburgers and chicken wings. Playing hard rock music and sticking guitars and clothes on the wall will never make you a star restaurant, never!

We decided to try the hard rock cafe while we were in London as we have wanted to try it . It was grate to get a table with no reservationto be fair . The food was ok my wives chicken burger was a bit over cooked . The problem I have with the hard rock cafe is and the reason I am writing a review is I was charged 4 pounds for wet wipes !!! I had asked the waiter for a few extra not thinking I would be charged(FFS) Then when we got our bill I didn't check it tbh , was charged 13.5% service charge.(Ridiculous) Safe to say once bitten twice shy. wont be returning to this over priced burger joint.

The only draw this place has is the music memorabilia . The food is hyped up burger and chips and average at best and overpriced to the max. Too many staff standing about doing nothing whilst one poor girl was alone on bar duty. The food had arrived before my drink. Do not waste your money in here.

Could not believe a once great place is now the biggest rip off in London. Poor food watered down cocktails (as if we wouldn’t notice eh?) and staff so bad I lost a travel oas & they shrugged their shoulders even tho I lost it between the bar and our table 6 ft away.

This was not a great experience. Food was ok, but the price was crazy. $70/pp For a set menu and nothing else. I mistakenly thought a tour or something was included. And since I came at lunch, there was no wait anyway.

Had a nice meal here, booked a week in advance as it can get booked up. I did see people without a reservation getting turned away. We were seated in a booth with was great, we were able to relax after a long day of sightseeing in London. Our server was great and although she was busy we saw her plenty of times. Drinks and food was lovely, the kids chicken tenders and fries were huge as was the nachos which was a starter.. the Messi burger was very nice too. All in all, a very positive experience and I would definitely book again.

I bought my son here for lunch on the way too the theatre. The service and food was great and we were thoroughly looked after. Highly recommended.

Love visiting when in town, first time taking my children along. Kids menu is good value for central London - £12.50 for main plus drink. Portions are a good size and waiting staff are attentive. Great to walk round the restaurant to see the different displays. Kids also loved chilling in the Photo Booth was good fun.

No,36 Hardrock for us, when greeted by door person we were asked - nibbles & drinks mean seating only at the bar - a substantial meal means seating at a table I said I was just thinking of a sandwich and was told they don't do sandwiches. Would I be looking for a larger meal ? I quickly asked who is there person that determines what's a meal and what's a nibble . She looked at me dumb and waved me on We went downstairs, sat at a table, and had my sandwich When you put someone as the face of your business, then that person needs to know your product and how to have people skills Don't rush to this "pop-up" Hard Rock, it's lacks that Hard Rock feel

Absolutely wonderful family Sunday lunch for my daughters birthday. Have been to Hard Rock restaurants and hotels around the world and this particular restaurant was as good as it should be, done the Hard Rock way. Great bar staff, attentive waitresses and staff. We were served by Bruna who was fantastic! Thanks so much Bruna. The managers also were very keen to help. Overall a very good experience!

Amazing place !! Shirley and Brian welcomed us into the cafe and were very kind. Adriana was our server and was marvellous. The burgers are a must try, will be back soon!

My partner and I never bin to this hard rock before can I say it was amazing from start to finish. Thanks you to the server: PIERCE for looking after us. PIERCE is credit to hard rock :)

Lovely meal and drinks. Bill came with added service charge… fair enough pay it. Then the server asked for another tip adding that the tip on the bill was all the servers, and an added tip was just for him??? What a joke how much do they want?
