Fascinating Adventure with Lively Host Eugene
We had an excellent experience on this adventure with Eugene as our tour guide. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Windsor Castle was incredible due to its sheer size, and Stonehenge was a wonder to behold. We also loved exploring Bath (if you want to see the Roman Baths, book before you arrive in Bath, as there are limited tickets and this is not an included part of the tour), as well as the old, beautiful, cottage core-esque tiny town of Lacock. Please note that the meal in Lacock may end up instead being a dinner, so pack extra food. Also, if you’re looking to really take your time at each location, this is probably not the tour for you.

Awful driver leaving us stranded in Stonehenge when we were not even late for our bus
We took a tour to Stonehenge. The driver got lost twice getting us there so got there late. Initially he said we will leave Stonehenge back to London at 1, but then as he realized he got us there late, he changed it to 1:30 pm. However when we came back to the bus stop definitely BEFORE 1:30 pm it had already left. He left 12 of us passengers stranded in Stonehenge. The company refused to send a shuttle to pick us up and suggested we use our own money to take the train back to London (and hope for reimbursement later). They supposedly called our bus and he never picked up. After a lot of discussion over the phone, they agreed for us to take another one of their shuttle buses that was there all the way to Bath and then back to London. I got home at 9 pm (versus original plan of 3 pm). The silver lining is that we got to see Bath for 45 minutes, just enough time to get an ice cream. But overall this was a very stressful experience and we missed spending our last evening in London as we had hoped, and instead be stuck in a shuttle for hours and hours. Will never use this company again.

Group guided tour of the Tower of London by the Yeoman Warders
The Tower of London was a must stop for us and to get some more 'free' insight as to the history of these historic grounds we joined a guided tour by one of the Yeoman Warders or Beefeaters. Nev was our guide and he was fantastic - he was very well spoken, spoke loudly enough for all of us to hear. He was funny and witty. Didn't know anyone could make the tortures, beheadings and treason sound so interesting! I would highly recommend joining one of these tours guided by the Yeoman Warders and then explore the rest of the Tower and London on your own.

    Lovely Outing
Steve (tour administrator) shared lots of information about the sites, kept us on task, but still gave us options for free time (instead of walking as a group in Bath). The lunch was delicious and served quickly. The driver Cristian completed the dynamic duo. I truly enjoyed the experience (and all my new acquired trivia such as the origin of the name Sydney;-)

Windsor Palace, Stonehenge, Bath, and a cute little town called Lacock (famous in Harry Potter films
Steve, our tour guide, was so sweet, funny and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our 76 person tour group was comfortable with the pace and got to the things they were most looking forward. It was a long, but FUN, day from 7:45 am to 8:30 pm but Steve never lost his energy and stayed funny and informative the whole time. If you request Steve you won’t be disappointed. 👍👍👍. P.S. Christian was a great bus driver and made easy for us to find him after each excursion.

This was an amazing visit, all of my 3 teens and 2 adults loved this place. It's magical, to say the least and set is most definitely awe inspiring and makes you feel like it is real. A bit ways to get out there on your own, like I did, not too hard. Took a train and then jumped on the bus that took us to the studio.

Will do this again.

If you LOVE the Harry Potter franchise then this is for you. If you only have limited time in London, then really consider whether this is time well spent with your family. It is not in Central London. Costly to get to and costly to get in. We trained from Euston to Watford Junction, then you have to pay for a shuttle bus that takes you to the studio. The timed tickets are meaningless as they really don’t check time and you can start whenever you get there. At the start you are taken to a room where there is a film of people talking about how they love Harry Potter. Then you are taken to a theatre for a short film about making of Harry Potter. Then you start the walking self guided tour. It is like walking in a museum of Harry Potter props and scenes from filming set. It is quite a lot of walking as you are basically walking on 2 sound stages. There is butter beer for purchase but at a price of £6.95 for a soft drink with souvenir mug.

Overall, not value for money.

Amazing setting for all ages and well worth it

We attended as a family having booked the tickets months ago. The studios are accessible from all areas of London and if you travel by train upon arrival at Watford Junction, there is a Harry Potter Studio bus which is £3 return and takes you to the studio. You don't need to book this, just go to the buses and a member of staff will check your tickets.
Arriving at the studio the service was excellent, especially during current covid times. Social distancing is adhered even through the first part of the tour.
We purchased the digital guide, if I was going again I would say you wouldn't need this as it's clearly sign posted.
You can fly the magic wand, even as an adult i did this and you can purchase the photos or USB at the end.
The staff were all very helpful and wore masks at all times, the majority of the public did too!
The only small negative is the cost of food and drink it's really expensive.
Overall this is a must and we all thoroughly enjoyed it

From the moment we arrived at the Warner Brother Studio Tour everything felt very safe. The que to get in was short and managed by pre booking your time slot. Bag searches, compulsory mask wearing and temperature checks made everyone feel safe as you entered the building.

Once inside WOW! This is the second time I have visited here and it is safe to say they keep on improving. The train, Gringotts, Forbidden Forest and the large dragon were all new since my last visit and they were incredible. I loved the entrance video and the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. Seeing the sets and props that they used in the films is amazing and it makes you feel like you are right in the action of the films. It was nice to see the touch areas like barriers were constantly sanitized by staff too. There were also ample hand sanitising stations around the attraction.

A couple of times it felt a little bit manic and busy inside and some people did keep taking their masks off for photos which was a bit frustrating when they asked for masks on. The gift shop was a very impressive size and had lots of merchandise to choose from, but was incredibly expensive. I think you need to rob Gringotts on the way around to afford things!

Overall a very enjoyable 3-4 hour trip around the studio tour. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family as a fantastic day out.

This tour is out of this World; it is in the Wizarding World. It’s long. You’re walking around for about 3 1/2 to 4hrs. BUT you are visiting the actual sets used in the films. Think about this. Alan Rickman, Richard Harris, Michael Gambon, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson all used these sets to bring us into J K Rowling’s magical world and we now get to walk in their very footsteps.

The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Ask anything and they know the answer; like why did Professor Flitwick (actor Warwick Davies) change appearance during the series? Who stole the number plate on number 4 Privet Drive? That’s actually on display if you look for it.

Many of the costumes are on display as well as loads of memorabilia. For budding photographers out there yet to go, you won’t need your flash. The lighting team have been in during lockdown, and re-lit EVERY scene (except the portrait of Salazar Slytherin) so that pretty much every digital camera will get a perfect shot every time.

Have a wonderful day in this magical world, and discover even more magic when you get home! Your wallet or bank account is empty or your credit card is maxed out. BEWARE the gift shop. The prices here are steeper than the top slopes of Everest, and higher than its peak.

I don’t know who set the prices, but after getting in, being fed and watered, and being asked for astronomical prices in the gift shop, Warner Bros better not complain of low revenue in their U.K. division.
Now I’m off to sit under a fan in this heatwave and enjoy a butterbeer. Cheers!

The Warner Brothers Studio and experience was fantastic. Really great seeing the magic of the making the Harry Potter movies. The bus ride to and from the studios was not great, however. Instead of being immersed in Harry Potter with music, trivia, or tales of the making, we were immersed in loud Latin music and a blasting heater. The driver couldn’t hear us asking to turn down the heat because the music was so loud. For the price of this excursion, I expected to be in the Harry Potter world from the get go. The studio tickets are only 50 pounds, so we paid $200 a person to hear Latin music in London in 90 degree bus. Definitely not worth the money.

The best day ever! My son and I booked a while ago to go to Harry Potter World and have been looking forward to it ever since-and we weren't disappointed. Our 9am time slot made it an early start but it was well worth it. From the moment we arrived we said 'wow' and every turn we made this continued throughout the entire tour. The staff were amazing too and brought the tour to life with their enthusiasm. Our favourite parts were Diagon Alley and the Hogwarts Express. Be prepared to spend extra money on photos etc as there are 2 green screen areas and who can resist buying a photo of their child flying on a broomstick past Hogwarts? However, there are other free activities such as wand training which you are allowed to video. We took our lunch with us and as it was a nice day sat outside as there is only two food areas, one at the start and one halfway through the tour which gets very busy at lunchtime. Lots of clean toilets dotted throughout. Take a decent camera as we took loads of photos and videos. The gift shop is mind-blowing but be careful as some products are not priced up, but something for all price ranges. We didn't use the shuttle bus from Watford Junction but this runs every 20mins. We got dropped off and picked up by a relative right outside main entrance no problems. We didn't use the digital guide as videos and info boards telling you about the sets as you go round. It was a magical experience we won't forget in a hurry.

We had a nice bus ride to the Making of Harry Potter. The only tour involved was the audio tour at the Harry Potter studio (costs 10 pounds per person and not included in this purchase). It was purely our bus driver transporting us to the WB Studio location and nothing more. I used the time to nap from such a long flight, so this made for a great arrival day adventure to start. I’d recommend for those running this business to consider stepping up the trip’s excitement with a guide or driver who might discuss HP and what to watch out for at the studios.

My husband, teenagers and I absolutely loved our trip here. If you love Harry Potter like us (especially the movies) this is a must do. I will admit that it is pretty pricey though. The tickets themselves, the photos/videos, the food and everything in the gift shop is expensive. But it is somewhat worth your money, you could spend a whole day here and still not see everything. Almost anything that you could think of from the movies you can see here. For big Harry Potter fans it’s worth your time and money to come here.

My son and I visited The Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio Tour in London in February for my 60th birthday celebration. We had an amazing time at the Harry Potter Studio Tour. The layout was amazing, standing in Dumbledore’s office was thrilling, seeing Hagrid’s hut was very cool, and the staff rounded off the experience with extra trivia as well as their own excitement of working there. The woman working by Dumbledore’s office when we were there on February 11, was nice as pie, told us extra trivia bits and told us how much she wants to visit Canada. A true angel. And a female staff member took our photo in front of the castle. Also, Keith, a security guard who ended our day with lovely tales about the studio was absolutely marvellous. My son and I still talk about how kind and helpful he was. Thank you to all the staff. Visiting the studio was a real highlight of our trip.
