Absolutely brilliant 👍I can recommend this company and this tour, whether travelling alone or with others. Sanjeev, my driver, was so friendly and well informed and it was a pleasure to spend a day in his company. Not only was he an excellent driver but the car was very comfortable. The stops were well timed and I felt that the whole day was planned with attention to detail. It was worth every penny and was a highlight of my stay in Auckland.

Our family of 3 adults booked n, 4 private transfers from Auckland International Airport to City Center and return with Sanjeev and we were so happy about his service. Before leaving home I wrote him via whatsapp several times and he promptely answered to all my requests trying to fit our needs. He was on time and his minivan so comfortable and clean. I asked a couple of times to change pick up time on a very short notice and it was no much trouble for Sanjeev. We used his service to visit Auckland Museum from our hotel and Mahendra (another driver) was on time and so kind too. Our driver was polite and professional. He sent us a text the night before and the morning of to keep us advised of his arrival. We got to the airport in plenty of time.

Transfer from ship to airport went smoothly. Driver was pleasant and on time. Arrived in plenty of time for our flight.

Prompt and polite transfer to the airport from downtown hotel. This was an excellent service with none of the problems of a shared shuttle service. Pick up was on time and we traveled directly to the international airport. Very good value for money and highly recommended.

I booked this service for four people plus luggage for 1-30am arriving from overseas. From the start I had very good communication from Sanjeev Prasad. He gave me a quote and assured me he would be there. He confirmed the day before and on the morning of the pickup, sent me a text. Sure enough, although the plane was quite late, he was there waiting for us in a spotlessly clean vehicle. We were very pleased with the service. Thoroughly recommended.

Arranged an airport shuttle last minute .Shine got back to me asap great customer service .Sent me a text an hour before pickup .We had a party of 5 people with bags the van was spotless clean and modern .Our driver Sanjeev was on time and couldn't do enough to assist .Price was excellent will use Shine when next in Auckland and couldn't recommend them enough.

First class in all aspects. Lovely driver who had to wait ages for us as luggage collection was very slow. Highly recommended.

Auckland cruise terminal is rather chaotic and confusing. We ordered a private car for the 2 of us. Shine Tours were great, responding quickly to any calls or texts to put our minds at ease. Our driver phoned 20 mins before the appointed time to check in with us. As it was, we were off the ship earlier than expected. He worked out where we were waiting and found us (that in itself was amazing in the crowd of people everywhere). Kept in contact all the time. The car was spotless, the driver friendly, and the drive to the airport very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again when in NZ.
