Good excursion with tours of the kiwi vineyards, redwood forest, walking waterfall and the Geothermal Rotorua with the Maori cultural performance. Van was tight with full capacity. Might want to request the van not be completely filled. Van driver was about to leave without us. He did not check off his list of names to determine we were not there. Other than that, a great tour.

We purchased tickets for this tour 2 months ago. When we arrived at the designated meeting place, there were 2 guides from Arrow tours and neither had any record of our reservation. Luckily I had my tickets and confirmation email. One of the guides Kerry took us on his tour as he had room. He was a terrific guide and we loved the tour, but Shane on. Katie for dropping the ball

We apologise for not being ready for you when you first disembarked from the ship. Fortunately everything panned out well for you after this initial hiccup. Kerry is a wonderful chap with a dry wit and great knowledge and stories about the local area. I was only just 2 weeks into owning this business and this would've been the reason for our non preparedness on this day, plus we had an unusually large number of customers for our small business (50 spread over 4 vehicles) on the day you came with us. We have been in Covid-19 lockdown since March13, but hope to be up and running and showing guests our magnificent part of New Zealand as soon as it is safe for everyone, although this doesn't look likely for at least 9 months. You pass the kiwi-growing farm and the nature reserve with beautiful waterfalls. The excursion we took was not good scheduled, we spent very little time in the valley.

Roger wastes no time getting in so much in one day. We saw a Kiwi farm, the Geothermal village, were Maori still live today. (with a guide from the village) and performance, mud pots, a waterfall, a nice place for lunch and even a redwood forest! You get your money's worth!

Thanks Roger
And thanks to the driver Kerry, he could not have squeezed more in even if he tried, kiwi farm short stop off point, managed to try different kiwi ice-cream. Kerry is very knowledgeable on local history and customs and stayed with us while at the Whakarewarewa Maori village. We stayed longer than we should in the village, so we could see the geysers at their full height, Kerry did he best to catch up due to the delay. Next stop 'Redwood' forest then onto a look out point the overlooks the lakes, after many pictures we were heading back to the ship. Grate day had by all.

Hi there, very interested in your tour from Tauranga. Our ship docks at 8am. Will there definitely be enough time to get from the ship to the departure point if you leave at 8.30am as we wouldn't want to miss the tour? Thanks. Melanie
