We had so much fun! The walkthrough Banff was excellently paired with spooky tales that left us wanting more. Definitely going to have to do the Canmore walk as well. I want to check out all the locations that were mentioned in the future as well.
Good tip: bring layers and a drink, it gets cold when the sun sets and a couple hours of walking will leave you ready for a class of water.

Really enjoyable walk around Banff with Max. She was great fun, made loads of jokes and was full of energy. Told us some great ghost stories. The only thing I would change is that it would be great to know more history too! I know it’s a ghost walk but I love to learn the history of this beautiful town.

Had the pleasure of going on this tour.
Was a wonderful moon lite night to make it a perfect atmosphere for ghost touring with the tour guide taken our group the spots of interest and sharing the stories of poltergeist and happenings that were witnessed and passed on to be shared. Very interesting. Very much enjoyed the whole thing.. i would so do it again.

Booked at start of year as part of holiday to Canada from UK.
Covid restrictions meant flight was cancelled after being told we were unlikely to be allowed into Canada.
All other pre-booked trips either cancelled (and refunded) or postponed to next year, however no online contact details available for this company to request similar, and unable to request via Trip Adviser.
Was hoping to hear from the company when we failed to confirm attendance 24 hours before but nothing that a request for a review.
We would still love to come when we are eventually able to visit Canada, if our tickets could be held until then?

Hello my husband and I just finished our Banff ghost tour with Sam, fantastic. Sam shared great ghost stories as well as very interesting historical info on Banff. We even were lucky enough to see a mother elk and her baby. From a safe distance. Thanks Sam

Loved this tour. You got a nice tour of the town, some historic facts and some “fun” ghost stories. We were sufficiently creeped but not so much we lost sleep! Real sweet spot. Jeff was nice and fun! Thank you!! Ps we got a great Grizzly House ghost Walter story you guys should add!

Yes, you go to Banff for the park - the mountains, the lakes, the wildlife... but trust me, add ghosts to your agenda. And plan this for early on in the trip.
We had a blast on our tour. The guide walked us (and one other couple) through the various neighborhoods of the town. We saw areas we would have missed in sticking to the strip for dinners. We walked through historic bungaloos, some of the first homes in the area; we walked by the river and down a portion of the park; we walked past the Indian Trading Post and the National Park Museum, past the Lodge (where we stayed - highly recommend) and back into downtown. It was a big square, but wow did we have a better sense of the town, community, history, and layout.... and yes, some seriously creepy ghost stories. Don't want to spoil the fun, but there are benign, helpful, and just haunting presences scattered throughout this town with a mixed history of first nations, railroad construction, coal mining, park preservation, and more. Ghosts in houses, hotels, in shops and by the river. Ghost stories with "happy" endings and some that will leave you with the willies. I shutter just thinking about the home (on moose street, I think)
Our tour guide came from Canmore for a this fabulous adventure... he told us of tours in Canmore as well, but we could not fit it in our schedule while visiting(but Canmore is fabulous and worth a look).
We had a blast and we can't recommend this enough for believers and for skeptics. Its worth the walk through town for the basic history alone... fantastic paranormal examples are extra.

Came to do the tour along with a group of 6. It was really neat and had cool historical information the only thing to make my rating bump is if they actually went inside buildings/homes to show locations and tell the stories for a more chilling experience. It was a good tour.
