We took the 2 hour private Yamaha 28 foot privtae boat tour with Papillon Yachts in Cabo San Lucas. The four of us had a great time. They took us over to the Arch, Lover's Beach, Pacific side. After that, we anchored for snorkeling and chilled on the floating raft. At the end, we did about a 40 minute cruise north towards Hacienda Encantada. We plan to book again but a larger boat since we will have others coming down with us. The captain and first mate, Becca, exceeded our expectations. They had a friendly attitude and made us feel comfortable. You won't regret it, company is top notch.

Tour operator did not provide adequate instructions for arrival and caused miscommunication. The tour office, Maya, provided very unclear instructions and was hard to understand, causing us to go to a completely different dock, wasting over 30 mins in walking and causing us to be late for the boat ride. Then, there was the lack of empathy for what their unclear instructions caused and therefore hard to enjoy the service. Even more so, they asked us to walk to the completely other side of the dock to accommodate later guests, without even acknowledging or apologizing for the situation in any way. We ultimately had to take a taxi to get to the departure point.

Spectacular!!! An understatement… Papillon Yacht Rentals is the premier rental company in Los Cabo’s. Do not hesitate to book if you are considering a yacht rental during your stay in Los Cabos. Papillon Yacht Charters was booked for my 50th birthday celebration and they delivered impeccable top-notch service. The entire staff was highly professional, extremely attentive snd there was special requests in terms of balloon decor and champagne and not only did they deliver, they delivered with with a level of class that and service that was just top-tier. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience as was my family who celebrated with me. When I return to Los Cabos this is a definite must to do so again. I reiterate if you are perhaps considering a yacht rental and Papillon Yacht Rental comes up while researching, book without hesitation immediately. The service was beyond expectation, in fact, the vessels name was Luxurious which pretty much exemplified the entire experience. The entire staff including from the booking process all the way to the end of the yacht rental was exemplary. Tremendous THANK YOU for Spectacular birthday celebration!!! Book them you be happy you did!

I recently chartered this beautiful 35 foot yacht for my family vacation. I have to say i was very happy with our charter. We had Cap Sergio / Goose / and Ruty whose only concern was my family and our safety. They were continuously looking over all that was happening. The charter came with several food dishes and all the drinks. We were amazed on how good Goose cooked in such a small galley. This guy took beef and chicken to the next level. The entire family enjoyed his masterpiece.

WHERE DO I BEGIN?! This was the most fun boat trip I've ever been on. The staff helped enhance our experience through excellent service and the most fun energy. They were constantly coming around for more drink orders, cleaning up old/spilled drinks, serving food and snacks, bringing out waters, pouring shots, and making sure everyone was safe and having the best time. They were having just as much fun as us, which made the experience that much better. Our captain was Edgar, and he had the AMAZING staff Armando, Antonio, Carlos, and photographer Alejandra. I couldn't have asked for a better trip. 100000/10 would recommend!

The boat and crew exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful four-hour boat trip from the arches to chileno beach and back. They even provided a cake for my son's 13th bday. High quality company!
