We did the 1 hour boat tour. We saw the arco, whales, and lots of fish. Our captain, Paco, was really great and took some great pictures of us as well. Very good value for the money.

What a great deal!!! The booking was simple online. A few minutes after I booked I got a text explaining what to expect and where To meet them. They kept in contact via text until we arrived in Cabo. We were a little arriving to thier boat and they took us out early. Paco was the captain and spoke english very well. He was fun and helpful. We will be going back next time we are in Cabo.

All of the staff worked together to make this a great experience. They helped us onto the boats and knew exactly what they were doing when we were flying. I felt safe and all the equipment was up to date. One of the passengers got sick and the guide made sure to get him water and even helped him to get his head wet since he felt hot. My only suggestion is that if you are prone to motion sickness make sure to take it before you board. The flight itself is easy and peaceful but you are on a boat so plan accordingly.

The staff who we checked in with were not welcoming or friendly. The cherry on top was that we left our Yeti cup on the boat and when the boat comes back it was no longer there. We asked the boat worker where our Yeti was as the others who stayed on the boat informed the boat worker that we forgot it and to make sure we got it back. We came back on the boat after being dropped off at Lovers beach and our yeti was NOT there. The boat driver claimed to not have known about it (although that wasn’t true). The driver refused to stand up the rest of the boat ride back as our cup was right underneath him in the cabinet of the boat. Would not recommend this company.

They fit my son and I in on short notice and were so friendly and helpful. All of the staff were wonderful. My son and I did a tandem parasail and it was a blast!

Got tickets for tour from hotel Tesoro. Got to their (Aries) office early. They told us to sit down and wait. Watched numerous boats load and leave. They said they would call us. 30 minutes after departure time there was no boat in sight, so we left. Too many other companies at Cabo to deal with a bad one.

Excellent day in the air. From calling to make reservations, we were really well taken care of. We got to the pickup point a little early, but the water taxi to the boat was ready to take us to the parasailing launch boat. The 2 young men on the boat were fun and friendly. (wish I could remember their names) Great time in the air for all 3 of us. Once back on the boat, we got a bonus of whales out playing and jumping. They put on a show, and our crew was accomodating in letting us enjoy the show. I highly recommend Arie's Wish I could post pics, all I have is videos of my flight and whales.

Amazing experience!! It seems scary but it feels like you are floating. The team at Aries was knowledgeable, and fun. They made us feel safe and took awesome views of us taking off, landing and on the sky. Definitely recommend!

very relaxing! no need to get wet they set you off on the boat and bring you back down on the boat. Guys were super friendly

Booked a 4:00 tour with 12 family members, including 2 young children. We were asked to be 15 minutes early, and ended up waiting an hour on a boat to arrive. The attendant continued to say the boat would arrive in 5 minutes. Was a very hot day to stand in the sun and wait longer than the actual tour lasted. We should have read some of the other reviews prior to booking.

Unbelievable how they treat people. You can tell it is just about money. Care more about their equipment than the people they are suppose to serve by far. My wife and I nearly drowned when we fell off their jet ski. No one around to help you. If it wasn’t for nice young American spring breaker we would have drowned for sure. Then one Aries employee shows up and picks up my wife and helps my wife and then molests her on way to shore. Leaves me on other jet ski and when I arrive at shore pushes me off jet ski too soon and I then fall to bottom of ocean head first almost breaking my neck. Now I must suffer in a neck brace till I get home. Beware and beware some more. They do not have your best interest in mind. A Mexican hour of parasailing is about 10 minutes. No more. A Mexican Aries hour of jet ski is no longer than 30 minutes.

They were the only group offering parasailing during our trip to Cabo and they were great! Marcos was our concierge who gave us a great deal and everything went smoothly. Great experience!

My kids, ages 12 and 14, loved this adventure! My husband and I rode along. Everyone was amazing from start to finish!

Best place to go for jet skis, the service was absolutely amazing the view was perfect I highly recommend to everyone and I’ll definitely be back.

There are many other companies to use, pick any one and you will be better off. Read the other reviews, I wish I had before scheduling. We scheduled 2 activities through Aries, 2 jet ski's for an hour each and parasailing for our 12 and 15 year old children. The 1st jet ski we were given was very slow and wasn't running properly, they changed it without complaint, the other ran fine. By the time we finished with the jet ski the weather did not permit parasailing, so we rescheduled for a 10:30 appointment, a day later. We arrived on time and waited a hour before being escorted to a water taxi where we were told a parent could not ride along without paying an additional 25.00 fee. We did not have cash on us as we had prepaid for these activities the day prior and were not told of any additional fees; they would not accept a credit card then, or payment when we returned from the excursion and were rude (how would we know there was a fee, if they never told us). It is their responsibility to explain any potential expenses before the last minute and they should know that a parent expects to be with their children on a boat in the ocean with strangers. They wasted an hour of our vacation time, cancelled our parasail activity, disappointed customers and earned this 1 star review with very poor communication, and very poor customer service.
