- Arjansa70 contributionsAmazing!!!It was my first time ever scuba diving, never thought I would dare to but a friend persuaded me to have a try. Then I ended up with these people. I felt so safe and comfortable here. During the tour I got the exact information I needed as a beginner. The guide was extremely experienced, it was amazing how he spoke about his passion. I learned a lot and got over my fear and since that scuba diving has opened a whole new world for meWritten 31 December 2021

- 890sanazr0 contributionsExcellent teamI did my open water course with Giulio last November. He’s not only an expert, he also makes you feel like family. Diving is not something I ever saw myself doing, but after training with ATC, you can’t help but appreciate all that diving has to offer. Giulio and his team are amazing! Super knowledgeable, and they also know how to teach even if it doesn’t come naturally at first. We’ve been to Tulum twice now, and have done dives with Giulio both times. Always a highlight of our time here.Written 12 August 2021
- Taygoodies0 contributionsIncredibly specialI didn’t really know what to expect from the Muyil River Float tour but it ended up being one of my favorite things I did during my stay in tulum. It was a pretty spiritual experience and Carlos was an incredible guide. I didn’t know it would be a private tour for me and my boyfriend but I’m so glad it was because everything felt so personal! It was clear how passionate Carlos was about Sian Ka’an (and about life in general) and the energy was infectious. He took us to one of the best taco places in tulum which was just incredible. We really enjoyed our conversations and it was amazing to see Carlos enjoying himself as much as we did! He even gave us a ride to the tulum ruins after we were done. He is just the best and cannot recommend him and the tour enough! Definitely ask for Carlos when doing a tour with ATC!Written 3 June 2021

- Simon Roland H0 contributionsLooking for a must have experience - look no furtherI just finished my PADI Open Water Diver Certificate with ATC. Gulio is a genuine great guy and teacher that offers you the best blend of learning, sense of safety and a truly great experience. The team and him adjust greatly to your pace and skills or any given prior experience and make sure to leave no diver frustrated or insecure. After three days spending with him and ATC and knowing we leave tomorrow I can bite myself for not starting sooner spending a few more days diving with him and the team! If you are looking for someone that teaches and adjust to your pace als most giving you the dealing of mentoring while making sure you have fun and enjoy (remember it’s your vacation and no drill camp!) —> search no more - you have come to the right place.Written 29 May 2021
- yachtmasterjohn0 contributionsExcellent from start to finishI had 5 great cenote dives with the chilled Happy team here. Everything was easy and relaxed from the moment I walked in the door to the end of my last dive. They were flexible throughout and guaranteed my dives would go ahead even if nobody else booked. My dive master & guide was Martin. Obviously very experienced and knowledgeable, super chilled. If you’ve never dived the cenotes, you must. The Pit, Dos Ojos, Angelita & Car Wash. An other worldly experience. You will not regret diving with these guys.Written 14 April 2021
- Siobhanmf020 contributionsGreat first diving experience! - 3 day open water dive courseI was prepared to not enjoy diving as the thought of it honestly scared me. However, Giulio was fantastic and talked me through all my initial fears and doubts. He's a great instructor, and I felt safe and prepared every time we went diving. I would highly recommend him for any first time divers (as well as to the experienced). We've booked in our next dive with Adventure Tour Centre this week. Definitely a must, when visiting Tulum and looking to do some scuba diving!Written 21 March 2021
- lankar20210 contributionsGreat dive course with great people! My girlfriend and I completed a 3 day open-water dive course today, and we loved it! Our instructor was Giulio, and apart from having lots of fun and making us chuckle with his dad (bad) jokes, we all felt completely safe with him as our guide and felt it was worth every penny! Giulio is great guy and, now that we are certified, we'll be back with him on Tuesday to do some cenote and cave dives.Written 21 March 2021
- 198majdap0 contributions10 days diving in Cenote and CaribianI was diving with Adventure Tour Centre (ATC) for 10 days and it was truly wonderful experience. ATC is located at the very centre of Tulum and is very easy to find. Dive masters are highly profesional, all the time taking care of their clients, not only related to safety, but also of their wishes, ensuring amazing adventures full of wonders and fun.Written 12 March 2021

- Rick W0 contributionsMy refresher courseI did my refresher course with Giulio as my instructor and I must say that the level of professionalism from Giulio makes you feel comfortable when going into the water. I have to say that I did a lot better than I thought that I would after being out of the water as long as I had. There 2 other people there taking their open water and the attention that Giulio paid to them was reassuring that should anything go wrong he would be there to help. I highly recommend using Adventure Tour Center for the novice to the expert as you will never be disappointed. Thank you Giulio as I had a great time and dive!Written 8 February 2021

We had an amazing time with Summer! We got lucky and had a small group and the cenotes we visited weren’t crowded at all so we had the perfect experience. Summer was a great balance of educational and adventurous. She was very encouraging for my partner, who is a hesitant swimmer. He felt supported and pushed himself to do things he may not have been comfortable doing with another guide or without a guide (like cliff jumping and swimming in deep(ish) open water. Note: if you’re a nervous swimmer you wear a life vest at every cenote.
The cenotes we visited were all unique and amazing—lots of biodiversity. The tour is well worth the cost, as we would have never experienced as much at each cenote if we’d gone on our own. Water and some snacks are provided and you get a great amount of time at each stop.

What an amazing & special day! It ended up being just me and my husband on the tour, so Summer (our guide) went over some options for us and privatized the experience for our liking. She was so passionate when she spoke to us about the Cenotes & ecological aspects of everything being connected in nature.
She had wonderful snacks and water for us in between adventures and even pointed us in the direction of where to eat for lunch after the tour.
I highly recommend doing this tour if you want to break up your typical beach, pool, eat, drink vacay…and just to have an overall unique & beautiful experience.

The three cenotes we visited were all different and stunning in their own rite. We had brunch at this lovely little place in the middle of the jungle, and it was probably the best meal we had during our entire trip. The bike ride was really fun and not too difficult; biking through the jungle was a great way to experience the natural Tulum.
Our guide, Martín, was incredible. The tour was supposed to be a group, but it ended up being just the two of us, so we got to spend a lot of time talking with him one on one. He had an extensive knowledge of the history of each cenote as well as the various plants and wildlife we encountered. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. He was very chill and accommodating and seemed to be really enjoying what he was doing. Martín truly made the experience memorable for us; I highly recommend doing a tour with him if you can!

This was such an amazing tour. Our guide, Summer, was incredibly knowledgable about each centote and gave excellent instruction to keep us safe. The cenotes were absolutely stunning, and Summer's explanations made them even more special. The tour included transport to each cenote, as well as some snacks. 10/10 recommend!

This was the perfect tour for us. We were indecisive with renting a taxi or doing a tour. I am beyond glad we did the tour. Summer is AMAZING. So sweet and knowledgeable. Taught us so much about cenotes we did not know and showed us small details in cenotes we would not have noticed on our own (bats, fossils, underground tunnels, etc). On this tour we went to 3 very different cenotes. One cave like, one that you can jump into from 18 ish feet, and one longer riverish like one surrounded by mangroves.
First cenote was crowded but that’s because it’s one of the most famous cenotes in tulum. Summer did a great job of keeping the group together. Making sure we could all hear and see details etc. second cenote reminded me of cenote calavera but much bigger and without all of the crowds which we loved. You could jump from two different platforms that were different heights and there was a rope swing. Third cenote was beautiful, a longer nice easy swim with your flippers on.
Also provided water and snacks!
My only complaint is that we didn’t get a lot of pictures. But it’s more about the experience than pictures anyway right. You can take lots of pics and videos at jumping one. Other ones phones are in vans so not many pics from those.

We came to ASC upon recommendation from a local and were so happy we went with it. Coming from the seaside and being already experienced in diving, we were afraid we would get the usual tourist simple short run through the cenotes (as we did 3 years ago when first visiting Tulum), however, Giulio proved to be a truly top guide.
He has a lot of experience and is a real local, so being in Tulum during the busiest period of the year, he really knew how to make the best use of our time, at what time to visit which cenote and really showed a lot of flexibility in adapting to our schedule.
What was even more impressive is that we have seen places in the Gran Cenote that we already visited earlier that we didn't even know were there.
As for the diving guidance, he has a really good sense of understanding how you feel and what kind of experience will make you feel fulfilled, while still paying attention at the whole's group feeling of safety and security in water. We really learned a lot, seen things you don't get to see on regular trips, and ended with a bonus of learning some of the best places for cocktails too.
Overall, a rare find in today's Tulum's tourist tours scene, highly recommend!

The Adventure Tour Center in Tulum provides an unforgettable experience and Giulio is an excellent guide! His professional guidance further enriches the adventure. All the activities were well organized and Giulio was informative and enthusiastic, and most importantly, he made me feel completely safe with him even when there was a crocodile just 2 meters away from us. He ensured safety and fun throughout the trip. I recommend all thrill seekers in Tulum to join the adventures of this center, especially if they want an unforgettable experience under the guidance of Giulio.

When looking for a tour of cenotes in Tulum we were looking for one that included transport/entry fees and took us to a few different cenotes. Each cenote was unique, from the gran cenote where the water was a bit colder than most and we got to see the various wildlife (turtles, birds, bats, catfish) to Zimwe where we got to jump from a 6 meter high point and swinging rope, to the Escondido, we couldn’t have picked a better option! Julio was our guide, he was awesome. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had so much fun on this tour. We got lucky enough that we were the only ones who signed up that day so we essentially had a private tour. When we told Sam and and Maricel that it was our honeymoon we got celebratory hugs all around. Both of us are a little claustrophobic but the expert guides coached us and encouraged us and we went into some of the tighter underwater caves. The adventure was well worth it. I'd recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see some gorgeous cenotes and learn about their history and importance in Mayan culture.

My friends and I went on the three cenote tour with Martin as our tour guide. He was a fantastic guide - very knowledgeable and friendly; he ran the whole thing himself. He provided the perfect amount of guidance, letting us wander and explore while making sure we weren't lost. Each of the cenotes had their own specific flare, and were all very cool in their own way. I would absolutely do this again and would 120% recommend this tour! We also went early enough to miss most of the crowds, this was a huge bonus!

Hello,
What time would this tour be back in Tulum? I am trying to coordinate hotel check-out and check- in times.
Alternatively, is it possible to bring my bag (big backpack) along on the tour or leave at your office so that I can fully check out first thing in the morning?
