Overview
Explore the ruins of Tulum along the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula and learn about their historical significance, drive an ATV through the Mayan jungle, and snorkel in an underground cave known as a centoe on this all-day, adventure-packed tour from the Riviera Maya. Plus, dine on a traditional Mexican buffet lunch between activities.
What to Expect
After being picked up in an air-conditioned van at your hotel in the Riviera Maya, head to the Tulum ruins, which sit on 39-foot (12-meter) tall cliffs along the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula. There, explore during a guided tour that covers the historical significance of the Mayan archaeological site.

Following Tulum, hop on an ATV and drive through the Mayan jungle on your way to a snorkeling site where you’ll swim in a cenote, a type of underwater cave that's found all around this region of Mexico. A traditional Mexican lunch with grilled meats, salad, beans and rice, and chips, along with nonalcoholic beverages, is included. At the end of the tour, get dropped off at your hotel.

Amazing variation, late pick up

The excursion overall was AMAZING. The only downside was the pick up. I called the day before to confirm the location, pick up time, and expectations. They told us to be ready at 8am, which required a pretty early wake up to eat breakfast. We...More
