Bacalar and it's views were great! It was a long trip but worth all the way. We weren't expecting the cenote The food for breakfast and lunch was mexican but they offered other kinds of food as well, overall it was a good meal for me and my friends (Even the picky eaters lol) The guides made the tour very easy going

We expected to see the ruins, go snorkeling, and swim in a cenote. We got that and so much more! Our guide was so caring and made sure everyone was accommodated and able to enjoy themselves. Highly recommend Ismael as the guide and Fabian as the driver! We were over an hour away and they still came to pick us up and Fabian navigated the busy streets with ease. Not included in cost but very reasonable is a photographer who will take photos of you so you don’t have to!

Was great! Lots of fun on the boat with music, dancing, drinks and activities! We were a little too tired by the time we got to the town so we relaxed with some beach side massage.

So great! This was a really good variety of activities. The ruins were fascinating, we got to see some turltes while snorkeling and the cenote was one of the coolest places I've ever seen or been. Arturo and Hugo and our photographer were all great! Would definitely recommend!

I am writing this to warn future travelers to please invest their money into something better. This tour is advertised as a party boat but a better depiction of what it is would be a fishing boat. On the description it says there’s a maximum of 40 people. This is not the truth! You will be packed like sardines in the boat. My friends and I were sharing a table and were broken up so other people could sit there. They informed us they were combining another group even though we had paid a hefty amount to be on that boat. After informing customer care about the issue they dismissed me with a "sorry you didn't like it" even though i explained everything that had gone wrong. I can assure you there was no “party” atmosphere when you had to share tables or get your traveling group broken up. The “open bar” was also a nightmare. The crew served us the first round and that’s it. Since the boat was over crowded people were rushing to the bar to ask for more drinks since the staff stopped serving. It was total chaos trying to get a single margarita. As I explained in my initial report, I understand that the snorkeling aspect had to be canceled due to strong winds. However considering this was one of the more expensive trips to isla mujeres we imagined they would have a back up activity prepared. This was not the case, they stopped serving drinks and stopped the music so they could sell us a different activity for about 20-30 minutes. One that most of the packed boat had no interest in doing. Especially not when it was an EXTRA FEE. Would you find yourself in the party mode after that ? … I will go ahead and assume the answer is no. That’s because that was what everyone was talking about. The disappointment of this expensive trip.

So much fun! The staff was friendly and they made sure everyone had a great time. Got to visit two beautiful areas of the island and swim off the north coast. Amazing day!

The only reason this does not get a 5 star rating is because the transportation was almost an hour late. We were told pick up would be at 7:15 and to be there 10 minutes before. So we get there at 7 and transportation doesn’t show up until 8. Rocky start. Once we were there everything changed. The staff was great and did an amazing job at making it a party. Food was good. No other complaints. Definitely recommend!

It wasn’t what we expected as described in the summary about this trip. It started with the driver being late and cranky. After that we had to pay a fee of $15 USD per person. They boat was fully loaded with people and to bad it wasn’t a mix of tourists. That meant that the main language spoken was Spanish (almost all the time), normally I don’t have a problem with it seeing I speak four languages. The rest of the trip was average, the buffet at the island was bad as were the drinks.

The experience was nice. It was beautiful and friendly staff but the "buffet" lunch the provide is awful. Not one item was good at the restaurant they need to improve the quality of their food my 13 year old can make better food than what they had.

This was an incredible experience, we all enjoyed this day, the staff is excellent and they always care that you enjoy the tour, the stop at North Beach was the best, With the free time in the center of the island, we decided to rent a golf cart on our own and tour part of the coast, an incredible experience. I would definitely do it again

Omg we had such an amazing time. The whole crew was great and so much fun. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an enjoyable time.
