This all day tour was as expected and advertised. We had a pick up from Hotel then transported to a Tour Bus. First visited Cenote Hubiku then Chichen Itza and finally town of Valladolid. The Tour guide and staff were very helpful, spoke good English and were informative. Good value for the money and timely. Finally dropped off at the hotel 9pm local time.

never picked us up and is now refusing to refund
We paid for the premium package with hotel pick up and they said we had to be picked up at the security booth at 740 am which is about a 20 minute walk from the entrance of the resort. (we asked our hotel about this and they said they allow those buses to come in) Anyway - we were waiting at the front and a car picked us up and brought us to another meet up point and none of their buses were there. we called and they said we missed the bus. the whole time coordinating as well they couldn't understand English. We had a local help us communicate with them and they wouldn't help because we missed the pick up. now i am trying to request a refund since we never got picked up or went on this tour and i am getting no responses. even our travel agent was trying to contact them and they refused to help. stay away from this company and book with a different company!

          I hated the service
They charge a lot of money for no reason and they are very uncomfortable imagine charging you administration fees after booking online what kind of scam is that

          Great day trip!
This was a very good tour and I recommend it. The hotel pickup was super convenient and the bus was airconditioned and comfortable. The tour guide, Angel Gabriel, was fabulous. I really enjoyed seeing the Temple of Kukulkan and learning some Mayan history from Angel. The cenote was great and was my favorite part of the trip, but the buffet lunch left something to be desired. I would have preferred more authentic Mayan cuisine. I did feel a little rushed at some points, but I do understand that we had a schedule to keep. I also recommend taking a sweatshirt for the cold AC in the bus, and a towel for the cenote unless you want to rent one, which was $2 USD.

          Amazing and worth it
The first stop was a waste of time , just a sales stop really but lunch was good after that it’s amazing but it’s all day so be prepared . You will be in awe of the pyramid we bought most of our souvenirs there from the locals all on the cheap . The Cenote was amazing but wish that part was longer you are only given a hour and takes about 20 min to just get your stuff to get in . The tour guide and bus driver are on point guided us well got us

Be Prepared, What I Wish I Knew Ahead of Time
Our guide Navarro got mad that some people on the bus wanted to sleep instead of listening to him frequently sermonize off topic. Be prepared for extended sales pitches both on the bus and at both the Hubiku Cenote and at Chichén Itzá. When you arrive at Hubiku, skip the sales pitch and head directly to the cenote. You might get a good ten minutes of having the cenote to yourself. Noticing all the bat guano falling into the cenote, we decided to skip swimming in it. At Chichén Itzá Navarro wasted the first 20 minutes going over the Mayan Calendar (which should have been on the bus) and it turned out it was all designed show off the wares of one sales booth. That left us 20 rushed minutes to get photos once he was done showing us the rest of the monument. We brought a hiking umbrella for the sun, drinks and snacks, sunscreen, hats and sunglasses which were all very helpful. We didn’t use the hotel towels, swimwear, waterproof cellphone holder and water shoes as we skipped swimming in the cenote. We should have brought bug spray and maybe some light ponchos. Don’t forget to bring cash for tips.

          Worth it!
Our trip was fantastic! Pick up is a van that takes you to your charter bus. First stop is a cenote followed by a great lunch. Next Chichen Itza which beware is a hot stop. Bring sunscreen. Very informative. Last, a small town where we snacked on Mexican Crepes, Marquesitas. Very delicious. This trip is about 11 hours total but well planned and worth it!

          Must see while in Mexico
Trip was a lot of fun, picked up on time, rode in an air conditioned bus all day (which was clutch since it was over 100 degrees, without added humidity!) Cenote was perfect, clean and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy. The food was amazing! Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this tour.

          Great experience
Great day out , I enjoyed it It would have been good to provide some water on the long journey and also for the lunch. Also the life jackets for the cenote, rather than having to pay for everything separately. It should all be part of the cost as it’s already an expensive day trip. Maybe a list of things to bring with you I’m not sure if it was already there in the information. Thanks for a good experience ❤️

          Tryna Sell you Stuff
I thought the tour would start off at Chichén Itzá but it actually started off at Hubiku where they try to sell you jewelry made by the community there and then you have to go through a gift shop before you could break off to lunch, tequila tasting or the Cenote, you could do whichever you want in whatever order. Just so you know, we didn't know, if you want to step into the Cenote, you have to clean yourself off first of any lotions or sprays before you step in and then when you step out you have to spray yourself with natural bug spray again because of the environment you're in so no Off bug spray, so they sell you bug spray on the bus or you could buy some at Hubiku. The lunch was good and buffet style, the food was included but not the drinks so for four of us, it cost $10 USD for 1 soda each. When you leave, they try to sell you more stuff at the shop since you have to go through the gift shop, they made my mom pay for a broken item that she accidentally bumped into so be careful lol. It was a ride to Chichén Itzá and you have a million people trying to sell you all types of things before you go in and when you're on your way to see Chichén Itzá, just so you know, there is shade but it is minimal and it is very hot so bring water, hat, umbrella, fans, anything to help cool you off. When leaving Chichén Itzá, you have to pass through the vendors trying to sell you stuff outside and then through a gift shop as well so everybody is trying to sell you stuff. Then we took a short trip to Valladolid to use the bathroom and to use it, you have to go through this shop where they try to sell you stuff, jewelry, tequila, trinkets, you name it so the theme of the trip overall was people trying to sell you stuff. Overall though Chichén Itzá was gorgeous, we learned a lot about it

          Highly recommend
It was an all day tour. Navarro was our tour guide and Jonathan and Jeronimo were our drivers. The AC stop working on the bus but the company was prompted in sending out a rescue bus. The tour was very fun, informative, and we got to see a lot within a day. Totally recommend if you are looking for a day of adventure away from the resort.

Rodeigo and Jorge are awesome!! Book your tour now
Was a great trip, our tour guide Rodrigo is very knowledgable, so passionate about Mayan culture as he is one of the locals that make it extra special ,and also good at taking nice photo. Jorge did a great job driving and ensuring our stuff are safe. Dont bring go pro in Chechin Itza for those you have to pay extra $50. Though it was an early tour its still get super hot. Bring your own water, umbrella if you could. I saw some people using it. Over all it was a very nice tour specially if you have rodrigo and jorge. Clap clap!!

The tour overran was pretty good. From the pick up to drop off and the lunch afterwards was all amazing. The tour guides were great and very personable. As for the snorkeling, we really didn’t see much but just a couple fish and a lot of coral. We have snorkeled other places in Mexico and have seen more than what we saw this time. But overall the experience was pretty cool for our kids for their first time, just wish we would of saw more fish. But the mall and little area after the snorkeling was really really nice. The people are not pushy at all about buying anything, but you have to remember this is how they make their living and their art craft and talent is just unbelievable to witness. From sculpturing, to allowing you to witness and participate with making real tortillas from scratch. Learning the culture was an absolute best part. Overall pretty good experience.

The snorkeling guide was amazing. One of us had never been snorkeling before and he was very patient explaining what to do and also making sure they were safe in the water. The lunch was outstanding. I had then pork tacos and they were out of this world, very flavourful and juicy. My wife had the fish and she said it was also very good. We booked through Expedia which was very convenient, especially paying in Canadian dollars. We weren't that crazy about the over priced tourist shopping however we did enjoy the grocery store and were able to find lower priced souvenirs there. It was nice as well to have a shorter trip that didn't take the entire day.

Undoubtedly, this ranks as one of the finest tours I have experienced. The captain and guide were exceptionally kind and accommodating. It was my mother's first snorkeling endeavor, and she initially panicked in the water. Remarkably, the captain devotedly guided her throughout, effectively providing a private snorkeling tour for an hour and a half. Additionally, the complimentary lunch exceeded our expectations with the inclusion of lobster. The tour was further enhanced by an unexpected tequila tasting session. The entire experience was simply amazing.

We signed up for a reef snorkeling tour , but we got so much more. First this tour is sanctioned by National Geographic. The practice of conservation and reef preservation is their primary concern. The tour prohibits and sunscreen , yes even the bio friendly kind has leaching effects . so wear a shirt if you need. the group is proud locals , the group of 4 were focused on safety like no other tour i have been on in the caribbean. This group was a mix of beginners and seasoned snorkelers. We saw sea turtle, trumpet fish, barracuda, even a shark! this tour included a lunch after snorkeling as well . it was more than a lunch it was traditional feast !! they also had open bar and sodas beach is amazing.

Everything was great, really enjoyed the snorkeling experience! The only thing that keeped me from giving 5 stars is that after lunch you are rushed to get back on the bus to get dropped off. We needed a little more time to enjoy the area.

The snorkeling experience was good until we hit a storm and it became really hard for us to swim. I would have expected the locals to know when the bad weather will hit so that we could have avoided the 2nd spot of snorkeling where it became in my opinion dangerous. The captain and crew were however very helpful and helped us remain calm and moved us to a safe boat and then to shore. We expected snorkeling, tequila tasting and lunch but we started the experience with a jewellery shop so be prepared for that.

Snorkeling went too long. The shops were not anything I would buy. The lunch was nice. All of the guides were great. I was originally signed up for Monday September 25. I was told after contacting company for verification pick up time 2 days before my trip that I can’t go on Monday. I had to change it to Wednesday 27. Nobody contacted me about it.

The guides were excellent, Chala showed us many things we would not have seen otherwise. Loved the small boat and the smaller amount of people. Not a party boat but double the snorkeling time. Very enjoyable. The lunch was excellent and in a very nice place. Loved that it went out of Puerto Morales. We would highly recommend.

The tour was really organized and the food was delicious. The tour guide and people there were really nice. There is like a lil shopping area that’s included and you have to try the vanilla tequila it’s a must . Also the food was great. I don’t eat meat and the vegetarian fajita was really good with the avocado like sauce it came with. You can also order more food that’s not included like fries or whatever else is on the menu. The pickup was organized and the driver was nice.
