Learn about their archaeological significance, stories about this ancient city and the latest discoveries.
What to Expect
On this Teotihuacan tour, you will be accompanied by a specialist guide so you can truly learn about this place as you visit Teotihuacan "City of the Gods". Meet your guide right at the site early in the morning. You can get there by taxi or bus from Mexico City or can ask about transportation (additional cost).

You will visit the site early morning when the sun begins to rise over the pyramids, so you will enjoy some peace here. The visit includes The Citadel, The street of the Death, Pyramid of the Sun, Pyramid of the moon, Quezalpapalotl Palace, Wall paint Palace and museum (optional).
Some of the tours are given by Jorge Archer, researcher and author with a Master in Anthropology and 12 years experience in Teotihuacan.

Very impressed

If you visit Mexico City you must visit Teotihuacan. It's pyramids are very large (especially the moon and the sun pyramids). The site it's large and you can spend a half day taking photos and climbing the pyramid. I would recommend a private tour

Worth a visit, no guide needed

We spent the day here without a guide and got there on public transport really easily from the main bus terminal in Mexico City. Although not the best archaeological site in Mexico, definitely worth the visit as it's Aztec not Mayan and still a sight...More
