Be seduced by the spectacular landscapes of the Pacific Coast on a 2-hour horse riding expedition from Cabo San Lucas. First, you’ll explore a traditional Baja Californian ranch and receive a horse adequate to your skill level. On the back of a noble steed, you’ll canter past pristine beaches, deserts replete with cacti and crumbling ocean-side cliffs. Stop intermittently to capture photographs of dramatic landscapes and exotic flora including 20-foot (6-meter) high cacti. On this small-group tour — limited to 15 people — you’ll receive personalized attention from your guide.

What to Expect

At your Cabo San Lucas hotel, board an air-conditioned minivan destined for a traditional Baja California horse ranch. On arrival, you’ll receive an orientation from a rancher and will be assigned a horse adequate to your skill level.

Once you feel comfortable, jump onto the saddle of your horse and embark on a horse riding adventure. Canter along the picturesque curve of the Pacific Coast and marvel at pristine beaches and dramatic cliffs.

Stop regularly to capture photographs of 20-foot (6-meter) high cacti and exotic desert flora, and absorb panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from a look out point.

Your tour concludes with drop-off at your Cabo San Lucas hotel.

I had the same question...I am 6 foot and a bit over 200lbs....They have different horses depending on rider size and experience. My horse had no problems. Remember to take some apples as treats for the horses. Enjoy! GDD
